Ive had a filter come off in the dunes. Forunatly it didnt mess anything up. But what i found was the filter pod i had was about 6 years old and the rubber has hardened vs a new filter. Bought new filters havent had a problem. Next i will try out the toomey 2 into 1 filter.
I follow you on instagram, i wanted something lower profile and didnt want to cut the brake line mounts. Although that probably doesnt matter so i just made my own.
Im in the process of doing a dc conversion to run leds. I also want to relocate the cdi, battery and rectifier. Would this be ok or will it not run right with the different components this close together?
Now I have another question. What did you do for dc conversion and battery? I just got the race tech electric 200watt dc stator kit. Now I'm just trying to figure out a battery.

Cool cool, looks like you cut the stock brackets off. Did you have to weld a tab to off set the bolt from hitting the shock or just drill the hole as far over as possible?

Went out to glamis last Thursday till sunday. Wow those trail tech lights are worse than stock. What a waist of time.

Not that much...but I live 4 hours away from the dunes so paying a little extra for a superior product it's worth it. Better than being stuck in the dunes and a wasted trip.

Ok so the 20" is over kill and sticks out almost past my rear fenders haha. So a 14 inch 72 watt would fit perfectly on the stock light mounts. So to answer the question 72 watts is what I need in dc power. I talked with Evan at race tech and I'm going to have him rewind my stock stator and float the ground.
