  1. My FLY pants have leather on the inside around the pipe area. Also has some rubber seat grabbers as well.
  2. Sup and welcome. If it has to do with a shee and you can't find it here......it has not happend in the last 22 years. So chances are great that this board has you covered.
  3. Very honest, and upfront with everything. Real fast to answer any questions I had on the items, and still willing to help with any other problem I run into later on. I would do business with him any time.
  4. Mine is on my sig as well.
  5. You have to make it lighter to do 140. You have to take the reverse gear out of the tranny and take the starter off.
  6. Welcome to HQ. Not a bad price for a J-Arm.... Seems to have some nice stuff done to it. If your homie does not have a compression tester, you can pick one up at any auto parts store for around $20. They are handy to have saves a lot of trouble shooting for any banshee you get in the future. Take off both plug wires, test one cylinder at a time by. Just take out the plug and screw the end of the tester in. Kick it over while holding the throttle wide open until the needle stops moving. Will take several kicks. If it is good, each cylinder should be around be 120-125 PSI on a stock head. Bad will be anything 105 or lower. Note: This bike add says it is a milled head, so the PSI will be higher. My guess it the PSI should be around 135-155 b/c it says he runs pump gas. But that is just a guess. The tester looks like this.
  7. Seen this on Dallas Craigs List. Very nice looking bike.
  8. Yeah seems messed up b/c if he would have had what I needed, I would have delt with him. He had good feed back from what I could tell. I hope it works out. If not, now we all know. Thanks for posting this. I only deal with poeple that are on here on a reg basis. Ones that do more like help out and post help, rather than just getting on to sell stuff. They seem to be the ones I can trust.
  9. Prompt replies when I had questions, and fast shipping. Will do biz w/him anytime.
  10. I use the HJC SPX flat black.
  11. Make a Skittle bike wit sum 20foes! Taste the rainbow biotch.... LOL.....sorry, had to say.
  12. I knew nothing about it until I got the shee. That was one of my 1st HQ question...--..It does not smoke bad at all. But I would not leave my garage door closed and run it ....lol Still has some smoke.
  13. Most brands will have directions on the bottle what it suggest to run. I run Bel-Ray MC1 50:1 on 93 octane. It is a synthetic.
  14. I am trying to do a wheelie, I cant get a bite hard enough to pop the front up. But I can if I get a rolling start and I pop 2nd gear, in long grass, sitting back on the tires and stand up as the front comes up....let off on the gas and just work the break.....It takes practice to hit the band just enough to get it up. NOTE: I have seen more people hurt getting bored and messing around doing simple wheelies. So I don't do it on the shee anymore. But I wont lie and say I have never did it. Now when busting ass thru the trails, it will stand up in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. But I run a stock swinger on a semi-worked motor, so it has no choice be to come up. The power has to go somewhere. (That is what I love most about a Shee....that slap your momma in the face short burst of power like your about to take flight)
  15. Now that's a pit bike!!!! I wonder how hard would it be to make it into a big remote control quad.
  16. Gave me a great deal on tires and really fast shipping. A+ Great guy to deal with.
  17. Noted....I think I am gong to spend the day at diff dealers just checking ride hieghts. This will be a lot easier if I have a list of possible bikes, and then compare those... and then hit Craigslist and eBay lol.....
  18. I am not really concerned about haveing the fastest bike, but more or less comfort. I mean I want to be able to make it up hills and burn ass through trails, But racing is not gonna happen. That yz250 is a killer bike. I would love that bike. I would malke it work even if I had to get someone else to start it for me each time I road lol.... But I am looking more at a bike that is smaller in size that I will be able to manage easily. I have heard the kx's are about 2" smaller than the crf. I will do some checking into that compare years and such.
  19. Yeah, seems like all the new MX bikes are tall as shit. My friends son has a 08 CRF 150r big wheel, it fit me perfect. It is just as big as my old 125. It has the power of a 85 2stroke, But they are the only one in that class out right now. So they are still priced to high. Might have to wait until KFX catches up with something bigger than the 100 and smaller than the 250. That price will drop then.
  20. Honestly, I dont think I could touch the ground on a 450. Thats a big bike for someone my size. Hell I am not even sure I could fit a 250. lol....
  21. Welcome.....yeah that looks like a PRM bumper like mine, only does not come to a point.
  22. I really like those CRF 250r's. Those are some clean bikes. I would have to lower it a bit to get to a nice size for me. I was wanting to go with a 4stroke just b/c it will be for trails. No need to have tons of topend. I want the torque.
  23. So I had a old 89 YZ that I loved. I now want a new dirtbike again. I am just out of touch with bikes it's not even funny. Heres the catch, I am 5'3" 160lbs so it has to be around 35" seat hieght with a lot of power to move my husky ass.
  24. PM'ed you to come check out the 1300 bike. Thanks for the replies, just let me knw when your avail...look forward to seeing it.
