  1. Yeah, I went to the er and got an Xray. Thast how I found it about the crack. When it happened, it was not a big deal. But today, I could not even walk. I gues my riding boots held it all together. The xray shows a hairline crack. no breaks. But does not show anythig else. Only a MRI will show that rips or torn lig's. It was too swolen to get that done. He said if it does not feel better in a few days, come back for the MRI. He told me that 7 out of 10 foot breaks are better than a bad sprain. I would have been better off if it was broken. It heals faster than a sprain. Shitty. I just hope the swelling goes down and it is just a fracture and not a torn lig.
  2. Well here's my idea. I am on crutches and have a foot brace on for about a week. I think I will be cool saying it happen the day before and thats why I was not their. I mean I really did not say why I was not going to be at work. So I guess karma worked itself out. Now I have a reason. lol...
  3. So yesterday I called in sick and went out to Rocky Ridge to get some riding in. I took my swinger off to do some trails. On a very simple jump warming up on a table top, my foot moved back on the peg a little to far and bent it. Got a hairline fracture in the top of it. feels like a bad sprain. Does not hurt real bad. They said to come back in a week, if it is the same, they will do a mri. I just hope it did not rip anything. Here is a clip of when it happen. You can not really see anything.
  4. Yeah, I used the search and it took a long time to find what I needed. I feel sorry for the people that are not use to the way Forums work. If they need a quick answer, they are out of luck. 9 out of 10 give up and just post there question then get bitched at for not using the search. lol... Example; if you type in one of the top questions in the search box on the bottom of the forum, "Gas Mix" it comes up with a "Sorry not found". If you type in "What is your gas mix", you get the same thing. I say F$ck it, if someone post a question that I can answer, I will answer it. I wont just say use the search option. It is not like it takes a long time to answer. I dont have to click on it and read it to begin with. It is no big deal. Even if it has been covered a billion times.
  5. LOL...I just about broke my finger clicking so fast.....
  6. Thats like a two finger gap......holly shit. I was lucky when I broke my collar bone I was about 15. So it healed fine. I had to wear this L shape splint under my arm pit for abut 2 weeks. Now days that would lay me out for a while. I ran full speed into the knee of a giant, corn-fed, 18 year-old hayseed full back. I was maybe 90lbs when I was wet & wearing boots and 5' tall. It felt like hitting a tree. good luck man....
  7. First off, welcome. This site is the shit.... I have not been a member very long, but I was in the same boat. The guy I got my bike from said he had all this work done on it. But to the eye, you could not tell. It was pretty much a stock case. The test drive was not long enough to really tell. HOWEVER, first trip to the park, I knew it was far from stock. It was scary fast. So I would say that the performance speaks for itself. I also noticed everything else the guy had done to the bike, so why would someone sink so much cash into accessories and bolt-on's if they were not going to dress up the motor as well?.......so if the bike performs well, and your not willing to break it down, you pretty much have to take the guys word for it. I look at it like if it blows, you still got a good for a G.

  9. Well it is a combo of 2 things..... I am short @ 5'3 and she had on some platform stripper boots, so she is over 6'. Makes it easy to hit it from the back while I am standing up.
  10. Yeah, when I was looking for answers, the search option sucked. If you type in Gas Mix, it won't come up. Here is a nice DAMN NIGGA pic....a huge bigtittie chic at the bar....
  11. I have ALOT of friends in FortSmith AR. They run/own Southtown Tattoo.
  12. Bump, still need.
  13. Each brand is diff mix ratio. It will tell you on the bottle what to use. I use Bel Ray MCL 50:1 as directed. Just a matter of picking a good brand. I did not know anything about BelRay, but everyone on here said it was a good brand so I stuck with it.
  14. Welcome, it is an addiction. Your first ride was free.....now your having to pay for it. Sounds just like the old say no to crack commercials.
  15. LONG ASS STORY....But a good story. Some of you already know. I had a Hotrod 1968 Fairlane 500 I had had gotten a great deal on. I put about 6K into it (including the car cost), and it had about 5K more prior to me getting it. A classic car is something I always wanted, but once I got it, it was not as much fun to me as I thought it would be. I think the fun came from my dad. Working on the car all hours of the night. Spending Sat nights at the dirt track trying to get me some lovin under the bleachers as he worked in the pits with all his homies. Car rebuilding was his thing. Well after about 3 years I realized that's something me and my dad always did together. That's were the fun came from. I guess I was just trying to fill a void after he passed away back in 2004. I had a old YZ80 for as long as I could remember. I loved being on the dirt. I had to sell for bills after my son was born. I always wanted a quad, but never had the cash. So here was my chance. SO I PUT IT ON DALLAS CRAIGSLIST...."Fairlane, trade for quad" People came out the wood work. I had no idea the car was that wanted. It took almost 3 weeks to weed out all the pros and cons of all the diff offers. I was sticking with the cash deal. I had even gotten flagged a few times. I guess people that it was fake. It was a car for only 5K that had 10K into it...I was not trying to turn a profit, only get what I put into it....I was going to take the cash and buy a Shee b/c that's what I wanted from the beginning. If you like being able to fix something that you break. A Banshee is just that. Make it to break it. That's half the fun. One day I was CL and the Shee (below) that had been decked out and was up for trade. (Let me know what ya got....) It had a lot of work into the motor and a ton of extra parts. I emailed the guy and after about a week of working out the details, we traded. BOTH of us had so much money into our projects, it was hard justifying getting rid of it. But when it came down to it. We just traded one hobby for another. He had several other 4 wheelers, and a few kids. So a Shee was not really practical to do family stuff on. Me on the other hand, I am a single dad with a 7 year old.....a shee makes me feel like I am just a big ass kid again. I am not some rich dick that bought something he wanted just b/c it was cool. I think the trade was a great move b/c of the hard work that went into the Fairlane, I know I will appreciate my new Shee.
  16. I need some better 10" Dirt/Trail Tires. Something new'ish, in this general size: 2 rear 21x11-10 2 front 21x8-10
  17. I start it and hold my hand on the pipe, when it feels warm I then ride around at low rpms for a few min. After that I am wide open. I do that if it has been sitting for a few hours, or a week. I am never in that big of a hurry, so I play it safe.
  18. Glad yall joined. Welcome.........this site is the shit. It makes me love my Shee even more. If it was possible, I would prolly hump the tailpipe after reading the threads........both of'em. lol..JK.... add me.... www.myspace.com/garywhiteley
  19. Shit man, I can't imagine seeing that with someone I know personally. I am glad she is better and thanks to you yall have more time together. The making out part will make for a good story around the holidays. I was walking out of my friends house in Fort Smith AR last July. I noticed the neighbor laying on his back with the lawn mower running in front of him. I yelled and he did not respond. I told my friend to call 911 and I ran over to the guy. He was bluish white and his eyes were just looking into space. It was crazy. I started CPR. I don't even know CPR. I just started doing what I seen on TV. I did not even think twice about it. I tilted his head back, Gave a deep breath, and then started pushing on the middle of his chest. He was making weird sounds, like a snoring sound. Not really gagging, but like his body was trying to take a breath. He had no eye movement, or anything. Just deep gasping for air. Almost like his brain was making his body respond. I could hear the sirens by the time friend came back outside. Not even 2 min. They were their. The told me to keep pressing on his chest until they were able to get the tube and stuff down his throat. They then made me move and they took over. They had used the defibrillator on him 3 times and nothing. People were surrounding us at this point. Just watching. The continued to do CPR and put him in the back of the ambulance. But they did not leave. They just sat their. After about 15 min, the driver got out and said he was DOA. It looked like it was a massive Heart attack. He was pretty much gone by the time I found him. he said the noise I heard was what they call the death rattle. It is the bodies natural reaction to gasp for air. they just put him in the back of the ambulance for the sake of the crowd that was watching. I can tell you the exact time, what he was wearing, what the weather was like, every fuckin detail. But I cant tell you what I had for breakfast today. I have seen worse things, but this stuck with me for some reason. It really changed my outlook on alot of things. I went on a diet that next month and I have lost 60lbs, I went camping almost every weekend after that with friends and family. Just started doing more shit to get me out of the house and live it up. I am only 32, but you never really know.
  20. Bad ass....thats exactly what I needed to know. Thanks everyone.
  21. Man that looks legit.....thats scary.....someone is gonna fall for it.
  22. Thanks for the heads up. That was my main concern. I was not really wanting to know what type or mix ratios, but rather if the "Raceing" printed on the bottle was just a selling point like dajogejr said or was it really for race only......I really want to keep the same thing in it as it has had, and I never used Bel Ray so from what I gathered it will be fine. I seen all the Mix and Ratio questions, I did not really want for this to get into that kind of thread. In my YZ85 I used a Yamalube 32:1 Semi Synth, so you can see why I was like WTF @ the 50:1.
  23. Thats what got me wondering in the first place. It says 50:1 on the bottle, but it also is Called MC-1 Synthetic "Racing Lube". I am pretty sure it will be ok for now, but after this tank I might switch to a Leaner brand like a 32:1 mix. Something scares me about 50:1 racing or not. Thanks for the input, sorry for the mix up on the question. lol...
  24. Yeah I agree. I seen all the diff post, but nothing really on Bel-Ray non-racing apps. This is my first Shee, so I just wanted to know if it would be harmful to the motor if I was not racing. So my real orig question should be, Is Bel-Ray 50:1 ok for trail use?
  25. What is a good brand and ratio mix to use for typical trail riding? The guy I got my Shee from runs Bel Ray MC1 50:1 ratio. Not sure how well it would be for trail use. Would I be at risk useing the same ratio and brand if I am not racing? If so, what is a good mix and brand?
