I did here that the 450 shocks have high/low adjustmenst and rebound. The 700 shocks don't have the high/low. Now we all know we hear a bunch of shit. I have not seen it with my own eyes. Also worth looking into.

Got your PM. I will post some pics. I have no clue the dome sizes. I will post some good pics so you can see and can take a guess at the sizes. And also see the pits in the one dome. I got the cool head along with a box of other parts when I got my bike. The guy had a hill shoot set up, and I ride trails. He was going to add this onto the bike, but he sold it instead. Well I love the bike the way it is. It is fast just with the other mods for my style without it. It has just been a paper weight in my office for 4 months. lol

$75+shipping. Comes with new O ring set, but NO STUDS. You can order of ebay or from Pro Design. Not sure the size of the domes. But one dome is pitted pretty good, looks like a piece of a ring came loose and got in between the cylinder and the dome. I never had it on, so not sure if affects the performance. I will post pics tonight around 8, maybe someone can advise if the domes looks any good or not.

Your right, once you start, where do you stop?.........here is the rule I follow, get the bike fast enough to beat all your friends you ride with. That way if you get passed like your in reverse by a stranger on a tricked out Shee, you can still turn to your homies and say "STFU, I can still beat you"...lol...

I was smoking 2 packs in a 24 hour period. Every morning on my way to work I would buy 2 packs. I stopped cold turkey. My son got a bad cough from second hand smoke, so it made me stop that second. The first few days was ok, I just filled the time with something stress free like walking around outside or playing vid games. Then I got sick. It was weird. I stopped smoking and got a bad ass cough. I guess my body was clearing out my lungs. After a week or so, the habit was gone, but I craved it really bad. I would sneak in a puff or two and put the cig out. It started to taste like ass, and then stopped within a few days. I am smoke free for 4 years.

Well after you said this, I was playing it back in slow motion, and it does. BAD..00:03....frame and all hits the floor. Along with my foot. Maybe I need to adjust my shocks. Maybe a little too soft. Nice catch. Good news is that the swelling went down. So looks like it was just the fracture. Nothing is tore. So should be good as new in a few days. I got my new tires in today, cant wait to get it mounted.

Well thanks to everyone for the thoughts. Yeah I had on new FLY's. Only had one ride on them. If you look at the vid, It was not even a hard landing. Hell I was just warming up. Who's knows what happen. I tis not the first time, but at least last time you could clearly see what went on. I should be back to normal in a week. I really dont think I tore anything. I think the hairline fracture and sprain is all that happened. Bad foot placement. lol.....
