I have not picked it up yet. Been playing lots of Fallout 3, and BC2. I am also getting burned out on FPS. I hate Run and Gun games and thats all COD is about these days. That's why I like BC2.

It means it requires a Title to get it registered. Some states do not require you to get it registration, but require you to have a title in hand. Other states do not give a shit either way.

Depends on the state laws you ride in. I ride TX and OK. OK does not require any papers or permit to ride on state parks or private land. TX does require a sticker to ride on public land, however, 99% of the riding areas are private unless you are way out in the middle of nowhere. So no need to ride on public land anyways. I was told Glamis requires to have a title in hand or it is a fine if your are busted riding without it.
