    Do my top arms look backwards....??? for some reason they looks backwards to me but when i tried them the other way it looked as if the balljoints would not line up so i was almost positive that i put them on the correct way... but i'm kinda thinking about it now.

    Got em on today... still gotta tighten everything up and put cotter pins in. had to grind the shock and mount as i expected. They were still a bitch to get on even though i grinded all the crap. Just had to compress the spring with my hand and push it in. Will have pics tomorrow. Or maybe in a little while actually. Depends if i geel lazy or not hahaha

    this is going to be my first time installing a-arms and shocks. Anything I should know?? Lok tite on anything? I'm installing the yfz450shocks with some laeger +2+1. I'm hoping they'll bolt right up other than a little grinding on the shock. I just don't wanna be riding and my arm goes flying off

    dremel with a cut off tool. Or jigsaw. Then use a razorblade to get all the chunks out. Then use some 600 grit to smooth it out. I've heard of people using a torch to make the edges look shiny. I never went that far though

    yeah that's what i figured. it's a 98 I think with cpi pipes t5 silencers he doesnt know much about what is on it. But from what I saw (outside motor) It had boostbottle haha. Stock head, K&n air filters with outerwears. He said it's ported polished. This is the same kid who said he had a 425cc stroked motor with 150hp haha

    How did you get those bearings out of the hubs without damaging them for pc. to scared to take mine out. dont wanna mess em up

    How can you sync your carbs properly without the tool?

    Hey my friends shee is old and rusty. You can tell it was not maintained. It runs. You gotta keep it reved up though. Then when you stop reving it up. after a few seconds it dies. You think if he cleans his carbs It will help the problem? New spark plugs? New oil? fresh gas?

    Yeah I just checked. The stock left side is plastic. And on the right side the yamaha circle and the moonshape cover piece are plastic. The actual whole side cover might be some sort of a metal I know it's not plastic.

    I have maier front plastics with maier side tank gas panels and i use my stock grill cover(red) when i first bought my shee in 04 and i have an aftermarket grill and I'm not sure why i only used one screw but only one screw (top one) holds my grill cover on. I'm sure I just lost the screws but never remember if it was because they didn't fit or what

    YA same exact thing here. Mine was a bitch. I had to take off all my pipes cuz i got so sick of it. Then I banged it up hard with a flat piece of metal on the thread.... only messed up one thread but had a tap and di set so fixed it up.
