I have a PE on mine. The aluminum plate that goes on the back blew up on mine. I replaced it with one off a stock basket.

Everyone runs somthing different. Depends on motor and tire size. I run 15-39.

Its simple. Put more tape on it, and point it where you want it. No need to over tighten it.

Just dont get the Raptor fronts. There UGLY.

My half tread Dominators work better then new Cyclones or Aerospeeds. Or any tire I ever owned. Im a believer. Thats my tire from here on out.

I guess I got a good one. ( thank god ) I break everythink else. Stators, coils, clutches, ect. But my motor works great. I dont think i'd continue running it though. I would'nt want to see it cost you more money in the long run. If you need any help tuning it send me a PM. Your not that far from me. Jetting out to be the same. If you want to get the most from it, those pipes need to go.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. That sucks. I have the complete opposite with mine. I basicly have the same thing. I've been runninig it for years. I never had any problems with the cylinder or head. I run 93 octane with 27cc domes. 168-169 psi. I got the old style head though. Maybe that has somthing to do with it? I think I'd try to get a different head or domes before you get rid of it.

Where do you buy parts for it? Pistons and such?

Did you have the clutch cover off? If so, did you replace the o-ring on the tube that goes into the clutch cover. If that o-ring leaks. It will leak coolant onto the motor and it will run through the little hole in the case and give the appearance the case are leaking. Hope this helps. It happend to me once.
