    It wounln't take much to seal up the stock stator cover to put oil in it. Be thinking of it do it ,might go ahead and do it now.

    I have been told it will remove paint off plastic with out damage, so it should remove paint of metal.

    The differance is psi and size. The size is determined by wether its an older import or a newer one.

    If you look at your picture you posted in the upper left hand side the part # is wrong, You got #2472 you need #2473.

    You heard correct, should be 0.015"-0.020".

    Go ahead and do the compression test, It will give a good lead on what might be wrong. Make sure the fuel is off and both plugs are out and hold the throttle pinned open.

    Do a compression test on ,it might be just a blown head gasket and it is just burning coolant.

    Hey 87shee, have you rode since you installed the impeller, If so any temp drops or any probems with it? I need a pump for my shee I might just pick one of these up in stead of pro-design from FAST.

    Sounds like pilot jet is to small try going a size lager.

    Yea you can block it off with like a steel plug and clamp on, Just make sure your carbs are synced.

    Your not going to get stuff like CP said at autozone, You can get some stuff real cheap at harbor freight don't know how well the stuff works from there.
