yea but that would require a small machine shop properly setup to be worth anything to the average mechanic, so just buy one.

i have my cases split. this bearing is the last one to come out, i noticed it had caused a fair amount of wear marks on my worn out clutch arm so what the hell time for a new one. ill try hammering it out from the inside, i just wanted to make sure it didnt have the possibility of welding itself to the case. give me 20 minutes and its gone.... thanks man

and rebuild! organize yourself on a nice clean bench and keep your parts clean with ziplock baggies as soon as you remove them. the only way to avoid surprises is to do it the right way once so you know what ya got.

still have lots of parts available, headlights, and fender brackets are gone. not pictured is a stock head with very minor damage to the right dome and a rusty/dirty but functional stator and stock timing plate.

got the ebay link?? the ones you find on ebay are pretty universal as far as pullers go. the left hand thread part definitly sounds right. always go with the right tool for the job :cool: flywhel puller works lie a charm with a rubber strap wrench!

my teardown is going fine, im sorry but a dvd just sounds like a money grab to me. this site is about helping one another at no cost am i right? to the guys hesitating on a teardown by them selves, its not hard. just remember that the RIGHT tool is the only tool. i stopped tearing down last night while DRUNK because i had to get ahold of an impact screwdriver. tonight i will continue. (anyone replace the internal phillips screws with allenheads? could a hardware shop match up the phillips screws to something with allen heads?

i pretty much need the utility to make the card function properly, i have established this. i may JUST throw it in the trash yet, but it communicates fine with my router so why bother? im running revision b the problem im havin (insert your name here dajogejr you post back @ me alot ) is the router communicates fine back and forth with my router, but without the utility it wont allow an iprelease/iprenew command. i get an error every time i try and repair the connection. i en tried to set it up to have a static ip and it did not work. i fixed the problem i had with it at my friends house tryin to connect it, ( i think ) but before i started last night i deleted all history of it ever being installed on the computer to"start fresh" i was only having driver issues at that time. (which have been corrected) now without the utility, their tech support cant properly diagnose my problem.

i figured, i mean PC bakes at 400 degrees so what will a cylinder do to it? PAINT goes to shit in heat cause you dont heat cure it..... now make PC surfaces hotter thn 400 and most of it will probley fall apart, then you gotta get high eat pc

im sure jeff doesnt want to explain it to everyone over the phone and i have limited time cause my ride to work will be here shortly. they cut the gears to allow upshifting (usually from 2-5) without a clutch at WFO. there great because well, you have no lost seconds slipping a clutch and its fun to rip gears like that on a banshee with the high rpm they make it makes sence to have a dunable override. you MUST ull in the clutch when you back off the throttle as a precatution because backloading (someone explain this for em i dont have time) will bend shift forks. since you will be pulling in your clutch at high rpms alot, i also suggest the pancake bearing because ou dont wanna weld your balls to your rod :cool:
