  1. My buddy did that on his blaster, oooh boy, the kickstarter wouldnt even move anymore, and it smellt like burt rubber.
  2. I use gumout carb and choke cleaner. Blow out every nook and cranny, take off the float and clean the needle and seat(dont lose the wire), and then clean the main and pilots out.

  6. Its still the stock clutch. But there was only like 1mm worth of shavings, but there were some big chunks, but mostly filings. i was hoping something wasnt grinding. Also, do i need just the plates, and springs, Or do you think i need the basket, hub, ans pressure plate too? thanks for the help, tyler
  7. i dont got a digi camera, but i can describe it. Its like a normal washer, about quarter size, but instead of a perfect circle on the inside, its like a half circle. like half the inside is filled in. Sorry about no pics. Oh ya, it was right underneath the clutch.
  8. Hey guys. My shifter didnt shift anymore, like it was in neutral. So i took my clutch cover off and there was a washer laying underneath a bunch of metal shards. The washer was laying there for quite some time, because it was coverd in carbon and what looked like burt oil. And there were so many shards . Where did these come form you think? thanks, tyler
  9. thanks guys i think ill be getting the hot rods crank, and eventually ill get a cub. I just need to go faster to beat my cocky ass freinds on ther 450r's.
  10. Would i have to have a cub, if i was wanting to run a 4 mil stroker? I am getting a trail/mild drag port done for more top end. I will also be gettin my shearer inframes soon. But i wanted to keep my stock cylinders. Do i have to get them bored out any? Also, are there special pistons for a stroker? I only do trails like 2 times a year but i will mostly be going on back roads and i really want top end and dont have the dough to cpend on a cub. thanks tyler
  11. O, thanks for warning me. A store up here has them for sale with your choice, with the straight pipes, or with the silenced ones.
  12. A guy i know has CPI inframes without silencers, just straight stingers all the way up to where the silencers are supposed to be. Whats the bennifits of running silencers or these stright stingers? Alls i know that these are extremley loud. Are the Cpi's loud even with the silencers? thanks tyler
  13. Hey guys, im new to this so please dont get pissed to stupid newbie ?'s. I have the same mods as wallaces buddy, but my head is milled 20 thousandths. Im deciding between the rockets, or the shearer production pipes ( the ones on passion). Im leaning toward the rockets though. But which ones are louder? thanks alot tyler

  15. i have the same problem with my banshee (the idle and hard start), and has very sloppy throttle response. Idk what to do about this.
  16. it the throttle override system, all that bullshit on top of the carbs, you dont need it, get rid of it, and order the remoal kit. I think it was designed to kill the engine if it gets stuck when its wide open. But use the search engine on here, youll find some pics of how to remove it and detailed descriptions.
  17. Hey fellas, been browsing this site for a while now, and it seems like there are some very knowlegeble people on here, and im glad to have joined this site. My question is are coolheads worth the money for the added compression, or should i get someone to mill my stock head. I am wanting 20 or 25 thousandths. Will i need to run race gas with this high of compression or can i still use 93? thanks alot tyler
