Right on, somethings wrong when 750,000 cars are imported into america and only 7,500 are going out. And its the employees pay rate thats the problem? I dont buy that for a half a second. There was a story on the one nissan or honda plant in alabama the other night. The workers make $14 an hour and have no retirement or healthcare benefits and that comapny is also down like 25 to 30%. Maybe we should cut there pay too. Somethings wrong when american politics encourages american companies to move over seas for cheap labor and tax breaks where workers have zero rights because US multinationals exert pressure to prevent them. On top of that, we are in borrowing off the chinese to buy their products and foreign oil from other countries. All this and we wonder why the big 3 are in trouble and thousands of factories have closed in america costing millions of jobs and the economys in the shape thats it in? Its not rocket science. Just look at all the shit in your house and on your back. Where was it made? I'd bet my banshee it wasnt in the USA. We have sold out and dare I say Bush sold us out I'm a union guy and for years tried to buy everything "made in america" and we have had many discussions in union meetings about this. Today, its almost impossible anymore to find a product made in america. Our microchips have become potato chips as I read somewhere :biggrin: . America needs to start all over again and the old "buy american" slogan has to be put back out in the public in a big big way. Some good articles

Thanks man, I started one before and it got rolling pretty good and someone bought the forum off me. I'm keeping this one though and have some pretty cool plans for it. Just costs $$$$ to get it where I want it. For now its all about getting people talking on it.

it went down because lack of demand and investors are pulling all their money out of stocks including oil and gas stocks and sitting on their mountains of cash. deflation is setting in. once the economy starts to turn around and the stock market starts to rally the prices will go back up so enjoy it while you can and save your $$$$$$. although I dont see $147 a barrel anytime soon or $4.00 a gallon for gas either. I read $1.25 a gallon soon? :thumbsup: Big oil guys are sweating it now that Obamas in. fuck them greedy bastards. stock prices are crashing on even the most successful companies for no good reason besides the overall economy. If you have the money to invest in the coming weeks/months do your homework first, you can make alot of money in the long run :biggrin:

Go on google and type in google adsense. You need a google account. Once your there you'll see all google stuff under "my account". you will likely have to have your webdesigner add the adsense codes to your site if you dont know web design. Another thing you can do is go here and add your website name http://www.jdscustoms.com into googles add url so googles spider can find your website faster for indexing. The more links on other websites going to your website will help you get more traffic. So if you have any friends with websites ask them to put a link to yours. Also, send some emails out to a few companies in the same feild and see about getting a link on their site and or advertising. If you need a banner made I highly suggest you use this guy hes excellent and dirt cheap. You can use these banners to advertise on other peoples websites. good luck, once I get my site up we'll swap links.

I seen your pics of customers grills, I would have a photo gallery page with these pics and straight up pics of the grills by themselves there too. In the forum there kinda hidden. People have to navigate through clicking too many times to view them they'll go elsewhere real fast. On googles analytics this is called the "bounce rate" You want your products to be front and center when people land on your homepage. Look at some photographers websites and look at there galleries on their sites. Their galleries are top notch and great pictures help sell their business. also, get rid of that annoying popup on your homepage asking to install active x if you can. That will also have people hitting the back button leaving your website which you dont want. Just a couple things to think about :thumbsup: ps- I'm launching hillclimbersforum.com soon too. Put some google adsense ad banners on your site here and there and you can earn a little extra cash. You can also put google analytics code on your site and track all of your internet traffic. Its all free, looks good.

yeah your much better off with a helmet cam. even if you have a cam with image stabalization mounted anywhere on the bike youll get a horrible vibration and will ruin your filming. I learned that lesson already. thats why i made the above setup.
