I have a boss pusher with a direct drive lockup and aftermarket clutch and got it adjusted just right that it works fine. Just a pain in the ass to settup. You can go to your local nut and bolt dealer like a Fastenal company and get that same bolt longer just make sure it's the same grade. But if you lock the nut on the one they gave you at the very very end carefully lol it works.

I just went to there website and downloaded it manually instead of clicking the link that says you need this to view bla bla bla. I think your having the same problem i did but not for sure. If your having trouble with adobe just go to there website and downlaod the upgraded version or vice versus with other programs.

Do you have firefox? I had that same problem one time and when it asked to download a different version it didn't do it automatically i had to manualy download it off the website.

I had a buddy of mine come over and shoot the shit while i installed all of mine and he helped there at the end and did the same thing Dave is talking about setting the arrow a little to the outside on the stator side. I asked the same question and gave me the answer all of you are talking about with aftermarket clutches etc.

Yeah i don't see why they picked up Roy Williams now you have TO and him crying there not getting the ball causing so much tension toward Romo. O shit didn't think you even sold em'. I got mine with a bundle pack when i ordered my clutch basket, lockup and cover. Guess i should have got it with my clutch kit bundle i got from you...my bad I take that back missspeeelleled when you get one get the cascade one from Jeff...lol

Well said there is no ifs ands buts about it just get one and install it. If you have disassembled your clutch and removed your clutch basket before than it shouldn't take you long to install. When you do get one order the one from cascade i've heard there the easiest to adjust. I got a BOSS pusher which works well but was just a pain in the ass to adjust and figure out.

I had to adjust mine the same way greg, like he said come off of it a 1/4 turn cause when you go to tighten your springs to your pressure plate it gives a little and knocks the alignment off the arrow on the top of the case that is. Pancake pusher is a must, great insurance part for under 50 bucks.

That's what i was thinking, my plan was to get rid of all the wires that i didn't need like tors which is already cut off. Just clean up all the wiring, get rid of stuff i don't need and solder the ends and then shrink wrap after that. Just really cleaning up the harness and shortening the wires that i need to shorten etc.

That's why i went the Playstation way again, i've had a PS since the first one. I also like the free internet on the Playstation as well.

I was wondering what you were talking about using a 100 dollar crimp tool. Isn't there a easier way to shorten the wires without messing with the connectors? For example just shortening the wires that you need to have and just crimping the wires together and not even messing with the connecters? Now let me say this i haven't messed with my electrical yet nor have i re-ran my wires on my new frame. Just asking a few questions before i do because in my eyes i was just gonna shorten the wires as needed or is there more to it than i think?

I can tell you how to fix it in one day but it may not be the "right" thing to do. Here's what you do just go to Wal Mart and buy a brand new one, bring it home switch it out bring the fucked up one back to wal mart get the money and bam ya got a brand new one.
