  1. Carbs need to be matched to the expected output of the setup, not to the CC or whatever you think you need. You are NOT going to find many builders that will want you to run big bore pipes. It is interesting he said they would be perfect. The reason you dont see many 421 cheetah dyno sheets is it is probably the least common cheetah short of a 465. Seems most of the 68 bore cheetos were stock stroke. Wildcard built my 392 and when i decide to go bigger he will do it also. The 421 cub is arguably the best bang for the buck power so it makes me wonder what a 421 cheeto is capable of.
  2. Most local atv shops have them. Or any site sponsors.
  3. Yes. I'll measure tonight and see. Thanks.
  4. That's a rare one there! Has it been ported? It's been said the best thing to do to a 7cub is deck it to a 4 or port it to a 10. The same may apply in your case.
  5. Need one before next Friday. Black, blue, silver in color.
  6. Does hot rods still make a 7mil? That should be fine if setup properly. Are you doing a 7mil stock cylinder?
  7. I have a couple random thoughts to add. When it comes to CC vs HP- While the the gains in horsepower are not huge, the TQ and Useable power to be had can be especially when increasing stroke to get those CCs. The 100hp 350cc setups you hear about are mostly not rider friendly. The preference to keep an engine square to slightly over square has to do With not only combustion but most importantly scavenging which I hear is The secret to power.
  8. If you buy at the dunes, save the receipt, it has a warranty against breaking. Bring sandals for the shower.
  9. That is mainly to do with the exhaust port width/size. You are limited because of the valves. This does not apply obviously to something that is running block offs.
  10. Haha, Tyler. Another fact- Windy John picks and chooses what pieces of info he wants to use to attack our discussions in order to (try) and make himself look like he knows what he is talking about.
  11. Sell it to a drag racer and start fresh.
  12. Valves come from trinity unfortunately.
  13. If it does not have the valves it will be sluggish on the bottom. Cheetahs have "drag" porting.
  14. I'm gonna try and get it dynod at little Sahara, ok. I haven't had much time to get the jetting done on it and its Still pretty rich even with smallish jets in the 34pjs. Considering going to bigger carbs before the bhq ride. Before I mention the alternative valves I would like to Dig out my notes on them so I get the right info the first Time.
  15. Camatv did the one skeeter has which is springer/tanner's old Engine. Mine was done by Brandon at wildcard.
  16. How many yellow wires go to the yfz rectifier? If there's only 2 then it should work with the banshee stator with a floated ground but I can not confirm.
  17. There is a a possible alternative to the trinity power valves. I have not personally tried them though, I think they are what calvin used as a pattern. my cheetah had a "clean up port" which Brandon said was very rough.
  18. What are you looking to do with it?
  19. Dyno dyno dyno. Blah blah blah.
  20. I am not 100% positive as I've never seen one up close but CP was making a stealth head to go with their wampus cylinders.
  21. I'd love to have a 421 cheetah. They seem to be the hardest to find though.
