There's 2 solutions, put back the stock filter, with the stock jetting. OR Find the mistake, you said you changed the jetting for the stock's one, with a KN filter,righ? that's bad. By what you said you're bike seem like to run lean, at 3/4 - WOT,right? maybe cheking you're main jet clip. Have you heard about the choke trick?
