banshee electrical read this. its alot to read but has a ton of useful info. it also tall you how to test your stator using a miltimeter. it will keep you from tearing it apart just to see.

also just like with a car, when you run to the bottom you get all the gunk. there are screens on the petcock, they may have gotten clogged not allowing fuel through, or that gunk can get to your carbs and clog them up too. just like previously stated, take the carbs off and check them out. and check your plugs too.

I'd say paint the plastics to match the frame and get rid of the purple, the purple really clashes. change everything that is purple to black

its the weekend after easter. not to crash your dreams but good luvk getting a camp on friday. most people go up weeks-months in advance to get the good spots. I have gone up on a friday and just parked on the side( not a camp cite) and just crashed in the truck.

i have a skin seat cover in good condition. it has a few minor things at the back corners. I want a solid black seat. red or gripper. We can discuss extra$if needed. more pics upon request it just doesn;t match my bike

if it will move in 2nd and 3rd but not 1st you more than likely have something wrong inside the cases.

if you are 100% sure everything is adjusted and installed correctly at the clutch, you may need to split the cases. sounds to me like something is wrong inside.

yes you need to adjust it! loosen the "nut and tab" turn the "eccentric screw" until the scacing is right.

could be worn shift forks but is unlikely on a stock trany. I would doule check to be sure nothing is moving after you put it back together. I did the shift shaft mod but havent gotten it back together to see a difference. No offence but it could be you. try moving you shifter down one notch. i had to do this on my F4I cause i kept hitting neutral. and when you draggin pay attention to how you are shifting. when in doubt slam that bitch in.

I had the exact same problem a few weeks ago. Take your clutch case of and check your shift shaft adjustment and make sure your eccentric screw is adjusted properly. My bike would shift fine just putting around but when i was really hammering on it it wouldn't upshift. while your in there pull your clutch apart and inspect the clutch and the ball bearing to make sure it's not welded to the shaft. read my post #25
