  1. Is this a sudden problem or have you modified the banshee You should clean your carbs and make sure the pilots are clean. The starting problem could be caused by the bowls being on the wrong side
  2. It sounds like your main jet is off a little bit, do a W.O.T. check and see if it is lean or rich. The dealer most likely did not do this and just guessed at your main jet. Your banshee has pods on it so you probably need to go up one main size
  3. You may want to check your float bowls and make sure they are on the right carbs or your choke will not work properly if they are backwords you would have the problem you are experiencing. You can find tank cleaners at your local shop. There is also a screen on your petcock make sure that is clean. Also instead of just pulling your choke out pump it several times. If it starts fine when hot you have no ignition problem. If your tank was that dirty you may want to clean your carbs again one piece of sand will cause a problem. Also check your air screws and turn tem about 1.5 turns out as a starting point.

    manifold

Hey everyone i am looking for a set of manifolds for 35mm carbs
  5. There is an arrow on the case of the blaster screw in the clutch adjustment screw all the the way take up the slack with your fingers in the clutch arm, and make sure it lines up with the arrow. if not adjust the screw in the center of the pressure plate. Also one friction plate on the blaster is a different size, make sure it is in the right place. There is no adjustment on the clutch pedal on a blaster
  6. A dune port will be mostly middle and a a little top end with poor bottom a drag port will have no bottom end a little middle and a whole lot of top end power you can run 93 as long as you keep your compression low. However you will want higher compression if you drag port your motor. if you go plus 4 on the crank you will need bigger carbs 34's or 35's better pipes cpi's or shears longer swinger, and at least a heavy duty clutch along with patience to jet it right.
  7. looking for a used set around $80 shiped
  8. Thank you the temp here is about 75-80F where is a good place to purchase needles
  9. With 20'' paddles you will have a little bit of an issue draging if there are holes on the starting line, but you should be able to turn them just fine. i run 22's on mine and have a slight power issue but not quite as much motor as you.
  10. There is a lot of ethanol in the pump fuel where hence i dont want to lean out my bikes and the 110 runs cooler due to the lead, and the race fuel is much cleaner

    intakes

I need billet intakes for 35mm carbs
  12. I will be using the motor mostly for drag racing and a little dunning. Ihave a cool head and mild drag port now, and would like to see a night and day difference with the new motor. I was also looking at a plus 4 but a lot of people are running them around here, and i wanted a bit more power. whats the money difference between the 10 and the 4. I just ordered 35mm carbs ( used ) supposedly air strikers but we will see. I also ordered all the parts to build a swingarm, as i am a pretty good fabricator and have a dynasty tig welder at home at my disposal. i was wondering how long to make the swinger.
