  1. Nice. I cant wait to get mine it should be here today or tomorrow.
  2. I havent run it in my banshee but i run it in my snowmobile. The stuff works great! The pistons and the cylinders look perfect cant even tell that they have ever been run.
  3. Yeah the caps thread on. So do I measure the very inside of the bore, by the needle seat. Its a single carb setup
  4. By the way that crank in your sig what size is that it looks HUGE.
  5. Wow dude you are good, were did u find that!!!! No I am just in the tear down prosess right now. I was just curious to know what the bore was. Any idae on the carb.
  6. So I am in the process of building my first 4mill . I am curious what this piston is. The numbers on it are 513m06450 that one is on the top and c00I5 is on the bottom. And it has a w with a circle around it So I figure it a wiesco. Also I have a 2 into 1 carb and I want to know what the size is, It is a keihin and it has 70ra3 qkq stamped into the side. Any ideas.
  7. Wow that really is a sweet raptor. P.S. Thanks for the parts
  8. I must have been thinkin of my dirt bike, but I know it has a filter of some sort.
  9. Go to cascade innovations website they make parts that are easy to bolt on that will make your bike shift easier! They have an after market shift star and a linkage with a bearing on it. [Cascade click me!!!!
  10. I have a set of yfz a-arms, I am curious to see if anyone is interested in them they were mounted on my banshee but never ridden on by me. They are already cut to fit you just need to get the spacers that are advertized somewhere in here. How does $100 sound! I can get pics if wanted.
  11. You need to do a compression check, find out what it is and let us know. Its very important to know this, I am not sure what 30 thousands will do as far as compresion but better safe than sorry. You can also do a leak test on your cooling system to see if you have a small leak (maybe into your head).
  12. For one get a fuel filter dude!!!! For two there is a filter on top of your petcock valve, unless its a modified petcock, It looks like its made of stone.
  13. Did you change your fuel to a higher grade?
  14. So I am taking my motor apart for a 4mill build and it seems that the ball is welded to the shaft that throws out the clutch, its doesnt seem to want to come out, from what I have read it I can get it out when I split the case. So hopfully that was the cause of the lunge. I am also gonna run type f tranny fluid and see what it does, that belray seems to make my clutches stick to the plates too well, I have to almost force them to come apart when I took them out of the basket.
  15. I would say its your jets but it could also be a filter that is getting clogged, or it could be your vent cap on tank .Take off the fuel line and open up your petcock and watch the fuel come out for a min and see if its slows down or stops with the filter on.
  16. somebody? anybody?I want to do this 4mm bad but I have to be cheap for right now.
  17. Sorry maybe it wasnt clear, 4mm stroker crank.
  18. are they loaded onto photobucket. If not go get a free acount load'em up and you can do all sorts of resizing
  19. Is anyone runnin a 4mm with a single carb and t5's? Or do I have to change my setup. I know that there are better setups, but I am curious to see if it will work for the time being.
  20. Allright I will set the clutch again and put in some 10w30 and let you all know.
  21. I have it adjusted correctly, as per the clymer manual (bible).I am pretty sure the oil is fine, according to the dip stick atleast, I put in just shy of 2 quarts belray oil. It just makes no sence , it has done this since I got it. This is a little off topic but do you all think I should do a 4 mill or cheetah cubs first. My ridin buddy just got a 4 mil and I want to be able to hang. Also whats more affordable?
  22. So what would you recomend? I have read that alot of the guys in here run 80w
  23. I have done some searching and I have not found a good answer. So my bike dies or lunges forward when I put it into gear, it gets worse when its hot. I have adjusted the clutch, put in belray 80w , installed a pancake bearing and I still get no love. The clutch plates look great, as do the steels. I noticed my basket does have some minor groves but nothin to bad, I also noticed that the pressure plate doesnt come out evenly when the clutch handle is aplied. I took the pressure plate off and spun it on the pancake bearing and it apears to be straight. Any ideas? Has anyone tried to file the clutch basket to smooth it out? I am trying to save up for a cheetah cub so cash is short! Thanx
  24. Hey thanks for those pics! Those bikes look freakin sweet, are they yours?
  25. do you want to sell those plastics
