I had a modified plate, and the best I could tell with my measurements was 4 to 5 degrees. That was comparing it to the cheap Ricky Stator plate.Also, my plate was slotted about as far as you could go with out breaking through.

They have definitely been ported just not to big. They look similar to mine but hard to tell w/o sitting them side to side. You can easily see the transfer ports are done and it looks like they went easy on the port timing.Hard to tell in the pics though.

Are you talking about the porting? I have a set of cylinders ported by LRD and work very well.
