    I dont have paddles, never have...never had a problem!! Wouldn't hurt to bring 'em, but then you'd have to change them to go in the woods. Here's a pic of me and my buddie cliff jumpin' by the entrance.

    Been there a couple of times. I like it alot...the whole center area is made up of a real fine pea-gravely 'sand', kinda like the dunes (with cliffs, also). It's surrounded by woods/forest with lots of hillclimbs and mud and trails. 3 tracks, i think,..... camping/food stand, and they allow ALL kinds of vehicles.

    Even though I'm ALL Bears & Steelers, I gotta show some love to Sean Considine of Philly Eagles. He's from Byron,Il. and my boy will attend same H.S. as him next year...and my daughter will too...in 6 yrs. LOL. He's always here in town signing autographs and motivating kids in the Byron area. Very true to his hometown, good guy !!

    it's never been out....i've been trying to turn it with a large bolt and dbl.nut with a breaker bar.

    Steering stem bearing retainer froze. Gonna grind a notch in the retainer, try heatin' it up with MAP gas, then bash it with a cold chisel (hopefully not damaging any threads) to break it free. Any better ideas out there ???
