  1. To me from the pic it looks like it has a shorter swingarm...maybe reason for pulling wheelies in every gear. Nice Bike though...
  2. I had the same problem with my banshee, I could never beat the 450's until...I learned how to ride. Now they don't even want to race me. I give them about 5 bikes and still walk them. It's even worse on gravel or sand or anywhere :yelrotflmao:
  3. Can anyone on here run a VIN:2bvbbcb111v000087. I'm looking to by another bike and just wanted to make sure it wasn't stolen. Please help, just don't want to get took!!!
  4. I'm looking to trade my banshee for a ds650...My mods are in the sig. I have reciepts for the rebuild. Only 5hrs on motor since rebuild. Always used castor tts premix mixed 32:1 with 93 octane gas. Bike is very fast with a nasty topend. You won't be disappointed. Also comes with a set of pj34 carbs, stock air box with K&N filter.
  5. I have a set of pj34's I will trade you for your single carb setup
  6. yea, and you the think that big ass bling star bumper looks good. It looks like Flava Flav owns your bike.
  7. Hey man I have a 02 banshee clean title, silver frame two hours on fresh rebuild I have reciepts on work. I took her in for a topend rebuild and low and behold my crank had too much play in it so I went ahead and replaced it. My mods are in the sig. I have the stock airbox also This is a very fast bike and trust me you won't be loosing any power from the DS. Not really decked out, but modded pretty good. I will try and get pics ASAP. I keep the bike at the local honda shop, because I live in an apartment. But we are all going to Bricks in Poplar Bluff, MO this weekend for the drags. So I will get some pics then.
  8. I think I have replied on your other thread, but any new pics? I'm interested
  9. Is this the same I replied to. Any new pics, does it run correctly, do you have reciepts for the motor work?
  10. Yea, i agree those carbs are a bit too big for your mods. I would go to the stock carbs and run the tors eliminator kit. If anything I would just port the stockers.
  11. Even with that being the case, will lowering my bike help the front end stay down, and also how will it effect my jumps.
  12. So yea, popular opinion wins again. I am not launching the bike right. In first it stands up, and second it bogs. I hold the throttle at a little less than half and it bogs like hell. I am running stock gearing with 20inch tires. I am going to bump that timing plate up soon as a get a chance though. Then I'm going to get some balls and hold her open and try to slip the clutch. Hopefully I don't land on my back.
  13. Okay, sorry for taking so long to post. This is where I stand. I have a killer topend. The only problem is that they get me out of the hole so bad that the race is over by the time I start coming around them. They get me out of the hole about 3 to 4 bike lengths and by the end of ft I have pulled back to 1. We did a 600ft race and they got me again by the 3 to 4 bike lengths out of the hole and I beat him by 4 and still pulling. The problem is my launch on pavement. I can't keep the frontend down when the power comes on. If I lower the front or the back, or maybe even both will this help. But I still ride trails and in the sand pit and hit the jumps every now and then. Will that help? That's why I haven't advanced my timing. I have enough problems out of the hole.
  14. As soon as I can find some decent looking banshee plastics that acually look good I will switch back. I tried in 2nd all I do is bog. We still rid the trails alot and down in the sand pits so I don't really want to get a extended swingarm. Just wandering if lowering the front or back would help alittle.
  15. Okay I have a hard time getting these hrc-450r's off the line. I definatly without a doubt have them on top end, but by the time I start comming around them the race is over. I have to baby it off the line if not I will be on my back. They can just ride their wheelies out, which gives them the advantage there. Should I lower the front or the back, or both & how much. I have an adjustable timing plate but it is set to "0". I'm already having trouble off the line no need to advance it.
  16. Pair of pj 's new cable pods with outerwares. I'm up for that trade.
  17. I have a nice banshee for trade. Only one ride on new full rebuild. New barnett clutches. Dune ported cylinders, bored 20 over mods in sig. Very fast bike. Let me know. send pics to Swaie1@yahoo.com
  18. Sorry it has taken me so long to reply. I will post some pics as soon as my camera gets fixed. Keep checkin back with me please.
  19. I would like to trade one of my banshees for a 450 yamaha, honda or suzuki. I will get pics up soon. Mod's are in the sig
  20. Anybody on here run castor tts? Pro's Con's
  21. I have a k&n box and I didn't think it protected from sand any better than the two k&n filters I have. So I have the box for sale with a filter.
