i dont really care for being out and about because too many cops out and pull you over for the smallest things. just an excuse to see if you've been drinking and driving. i quit drinking but i still dont like being out. have fun and be safe. :beer:

damn dude that sucks. let me tell ya something. when i got my shee. it was all stock and i wanted to do somethings to it. so i got all the stuff i needed. k&n, timing plate, etc...i went ahead and put those things on and then i took it to a pretty good shop locally and he has a dyno. so we dyno'ed it to get the air fuel mixture correct. so i wouldnt do what you did. maybe some of you guys think i'm a dumbass for taking it in but this is the 1st twin cylinder/carb bike i'v ever owned. i didnt want to f-it up. and i'm not made of money so it would take a while for me to fix it. sorry about you new bike buddy. hope you get it fixed and are able to enjoy it soon.

i call it "cowpasture pool" and no i dont think its a sport either.

well i'm not too sure about if the aftermarket ones will interchange but if they dont, you could put them on here for sale for some of these other guys on here that do have 450's. i'm sure someone will buy them.

i wish i had the silver wheels. mine came with gold. when i put my paddles on i bet you can imagine how it looks. oh well. i would think you could polish them. on my douglas rears i used the polishing ball on a drill and they turned out awesome. mothers and the ball. cant hurt

more speed you go bigger on the front sproket and smaller on the rear sproket. but when you change all this you lose bottem end. seems the parts guys at our local dealer said every 1 tooth on the front is like losing 3 on the back.

:smile: i think all my friends know me and how much my quads mean to me and know better to ask if they can ride them. i just got my 96 shee last christmas as a gift from a old riding buddy of mine and i'v spent all my extra cash on tuning and accesories for it. my wife dont even ask if she can ride it. i think if their really good friends they know better. imo

when i ebay stuff i use ESINPE. put your max bid on there and it'll only go up till you beat the highest bidder and no one has time to react. it all happens at the last second of the auction. just set back and esnipe it's fun to win. oh and sorry for beating you in that auction. j/k lol :biggrin:

i'm with "okbeast" make sure you give it plenty of time to fill up both carbs. possible plugged up pitcock valve screen. good luck.

i cant believe it! no one runs blendsall on here. i'm not trying to add to the war but i've used this stuff since the 80's at a 32:1 and never had any problem. when i go to get it seems to be not many bottles on the shelf. i LOVE the smell of it. blendsall racing castor ftw

nice bike even though that guys real proud of it pricewise. mines all stock. i dont have the time or the money to have mine shiny. i'm even afraid to cut my plastics.

i'm gonna try to go around spring and take my oldest son on his lt80. he's getting paddles this christmas and momma's pregnant so she's gonna have to stay home. i just got my banshee last christmas for a gift from a really good friend.

i had a buddy that did the same thing less the crash and he was riding a quadzilla. everyone thought he was crazy that was setting on the top of buttercup with us. i thought he totally wipe out. beer had a lot to do with him doing it.
