You can use the clear hose from lowes ect, but it will sag when it gets hot. Works great on Alky motors, but will sag on a gas motor. I just bought the cascade kit, I had extra paypal money so I got the blue cascade kit, they claim its the best you can get. we will see...

That wasnt even half the yamabond, crank bearings barley roll because of it all in there, and the tranny was so full the drain would barley drip. You can see at the bottom of the pic I put up the square spaces in the front of the cases were full, look at my finger print in there. that motor had WAY to much yamabond in it, glad Im not responsible for putting it together.

Good to know you can replace them. Ive got a 4mil crank here that was yamabonded to holy hell and it tore the o-rings off. I didnt know you could get new ones. There are the orings, yamabonded in the bottom of the case...

I didnt either, I just threw it in. It lasted through 2 bikes, and I put my new FAST clutch in the same.

I dislike the pats enough to not only see them lose the superbowl, but wouldnt mind moss and brady have career ending injuries in the superbowl they lose in... then I wouldnt have to hear about how damn great they are anymore. get a FAST racing coolhead, they look TITS!!!

You will notice a pretty good increase in power with those mods. You shouldnt have to rejet, but check your plugs anyway. Look at some V-force 3 reeds too if you can afford it. They add great throttle response, pretty good addition to the coolhead and timing.

You can do it.... You have to dis-assemble the clutch side, which is a simple job, take out a couple phillips screws and thats it. I would get a flywheel puller (like 15 bucks from FAST) to get the flywheel off so you can get the stator off. To get the gear off the crank you take the clutch gear out by taking the clutch out, and then taking the nut off the crank and grabbing the gear with your hand and jerking if off of the crank. Very easy stuff. if you take your time, and use common sense, you will have no problems doing it yourself. Call Jeff at FAST, and get new gaskets, some case sealer, and a flywheel puller and you should be good to go.

According to Yahoo your altitude in Buffalo is right around 600 feet. Id try 20cc domes, and advance your timing 4 degrees.

There is nothing in the bottom end of a banshee... The tranny can only go in 1 way, like everybody is saying they are VERY simple. You dont have to take the front sproket off like csrmel said, but I would. I didnt one time and didnt get the shift seal back in and didnt know it. It was easy to fix, but made one hell of a mess when the clutch fluid went all over.
