IMHO if you tend to ride in areas where there are drastic air desity and temp changes throughout the day then either power jets or dial-a-jets are a good choice. I know a few guys that use them and would have nothing but... A digitron(egt sensors) is also a good tool to use. It helps tremendously with tuning..

I'd run the 21-12-8 8 or 9 pdl haulers personally...

anyone have any ideas how i can get these 39mm pwks to open all the way... I have the longer carb top screws, and a pro motion cable.. the thumb throttle is hitting the stop on the housing and the inside of the housing..they are about 3/16" from opening all the way... thanks for any help..

polishing is a time consuming and patient process, but it is rewarding. when you see all your hard work and its put together its awsome..... here is some of the stuff ive polished on my own

sorry my bad! I miked the distance and it is actually 3.77 inches.... :geek: and the are drilled on the inside of the pipe pointing outward so that the springs and tabs are not in the way....if that makes any sense

digitron says 3 inchs from the piston face.. thats where mine are...... :biggrin:

i talked to a guy locally that does it and its about 55 bucks and he needs then for 72 hours.. he said that he hasnt done mary banshees but he has done quiet a few drag street bikes...

has any one ever heard of or done it to a tranny. My buddy builds rock crawlers and says they do it to their rear ends and pinions and it supposably makes then 30% stronger...

Got a friend that says he thinks he has an override trans sitting on his shelf, but hes not sure....soo......how can you tell the difference between a regular override and a dunable? there are no markings on it. and he says its a 1-4m5m6... thanks....

wait 90 days before waxing. thats what i would tell all my customers, that way you can insure all the solvents have escaped.. otherwise you will encounter problems that you dont want to deal with...as far as care....wax it as if it were a car...meguries NXT works very well or use system one for those minor scratches... and always remember as with anything you get what you pay for!!!! good custom paint is NOT cheap!!!
