  1. it depends on what kind of riding your gona do. as far as any help making your decision, everyone on here is going to have a deferent appinion. you will have to choose that one for yourself. just scoll down about 5 and read the fmf pipes forum.
  2. what i like about it is when it gets cold weather, i can put the top back on to make it run a little richer. a heck of lot cheaper than buying a adapter just to run a filter.

  4. i would put wiesco forged pistons in it. i run one in a yz250 that the cylinder was wore to the point that the stock piston pithed just enough to break the bottom off the skirt off. all i did was put the piston in it and ran it for more than 2 years, then sold the bike and he just about run the wheels off it. cranked 3rd- 4th kick every time. never had a problem with weisco. been running them for over 10 years.
  5. i have tried on my computer, and the office computer, and it wont let me load the pic! i will take another pic and try to post it. thanks for the info.
  6. How the hell do you post pics!!?? ::
  7. i come up with a simple way to use stock type air filter with no lid. all i did was use 2 sheet metal screws it the top part of the filter, one on each side, right where the lid holds the filter on. works great! and if you want to reinstall the lid, take the 2 screws out and put your lid on. didnt know how many people new this. can post pics if anyone is interested.
  8. you can get a hone from advance auto parts or autozone for $30. they come in fine, medium. get the fine, and make sure when you hone it, go up and down with the drill to make the hone marks kinda criss cross.
  9. i with you on that!
  10. this may sound like a stupid question, but if he used silicon on the head, did and of it clog the water ports on the clylinders? just asking, because if it did, the the engine would not cool as good because of restricting the water flow, causing it to run hot. may be wrong.

  12. consider them sold! money on the way!!
  13. the car is gone. i still have the warhead.
