  1. do you think i will loose bottom end with the 33s ?
  2. my question, of course, it what size carbs sould i get? i have +4 timing, vitos reed blocks and reeds, power pistons, fmf fatty pipes and silencers, reed spacers, trinity intakes, stock head milled .030, no lid...... oh, and a boost bottle  i ride woods, and was thinking about getting a woods port job from fast.?? i guess i want all around power with more bottom end and still pull like mac truck on top... should i stick with the stock carbs or go with 28mm flatside mikuni???
  3. make sure your carbs are in sync. do not lean it yet, sounds like your lean. what do your plugs look like first?
  4. put the filters back on and try it. if it aint better, try the choke to see if its leaning or to rich.
  5. had mine cut .030 and compression went from 125 to 150. i have fmf fattys with 290 mains. i woudnt go more than .030.
  6. this may be a stupid question, but did you put new plugs in it? just asking because mine done the same thing, checked the plugs and they were firing, but one was not firing good enough under load.[missfiring]
  7. took .030 off my head, no problems. i paid $30 also. i wouldnt go no more than .030
  8. they are hooked to the tors!!! they send radioactive signals to your head to bring you migrains!
  9. did you sync your carbs? check your plugs? check your compression? check your fire? i know you took your tors off, but sounds just like this would be your problem. anyway, see if while its running if it runs better or worse with the choke on or off. i wished i had a better answer.
  10. check the compression to see where its at.
  11. he is wanting to know the rim size, he already knows the tire size. what he sould have asked is,,, how wide are the back wheels......
  12. yea, check your compression first. also take some gas and pour into the cylinder, just a little, dont drown it, the kick it to see if it starts right up. also check your spark.
