Ill tell ya exactly what it is. The magazines are too buisy sucking the apa's dick. They want to look like they are feeling the same way the apa is and wanting to fase 2 strokes out. any dumb ass who has ridden a banshee and then a raptor knows what a difference there is. You have to bring a game boy with you on a raptor cause you will get bored waiting for the stupid thing to speed up... They suck. and not just them but most of the other quads that they tested couldnt hold a candle to the fun factor that a banshee posses

ya think I would gain alot if I changed from an airbox with a prodesign foam to a toomey 2:1... ???? Im wondering if I should, or if I should just stick with my prodesign

if you are using foam, try fab 1 air filter oil. That stuff is awsome, it stops everything.. just say out of deep water and youll be fine...

I had tow 2000 shees back in 2001 for about 6 months and then I kept the better of the two and sold the other... I had just that problem. couldnt afford two... but it was nice when I blew up my good one I still had one to ride

by "both" I mean both front and rear fenders not both front fenders

yuck I ride too much mud. I like that little splash guard. and I never liked a shee with chopped front fenders unless both where done. I liked the way cotton eye joe's shee looks with both done but I would never do it. I ride wet stuff alot. and what a waist of all that decal area...

I bought a dg chassis skid plate that was supposed to be for a banshee and I tried and tried (this was about 2 years ago, on my old shee) to install it and couldn't figure how it was supposed to go. I think the guy ripped me off and didn't know what quad it was supposed to go on and just said it was for a shee. anyway it never maid it on my quad and I think its still in my parrents basement...

ya def.. I had a 99 xc 700 that blew up with only 500 miles on it and my polaris dealer said they wouldn't cover it cause pistons where a "wear item" Ive never seen one "wear out" in 500 miles... fukers!!!
