I like the 3rd dyno run the most, Has a nice and smooth curve, good overrev. Looks to be making 24hp more at 7000rpm and 18 more pounds or TQ.
Looks to me that dyno runs 2 and 3 are the same runs but on different smoothing curves. JMO

Did I read this right, are you mixing your gas with mobil fully synthetic motor oil?
I am relisting my 421 cub cylinders. They have been drag ported by Jim at passion racing. Comes with 19cc domes that made 185psi at sea level. Cylinder walls look kinda iff in the pic. This is a little melted pistion on the side wall. The plating is not flacking or pealing. I have read over on PS that you can remove the melted pistion off the side wall with some Muratic acid with out hurting the plating. Cylinder has been taped for a fuel pump pulse line. $850 shipped

I have a friend who offered to pay Jeff double to have his Raptor 700 cylinder ported with out waiting in line. Jeff said No it would not be fair to the other customers... friend was pissed, only bad thing I have ever heard about Jeff. lol
Jeff Built me a 4mill dune and play port motor alittle over a year ago. That thing was amazing.
What size carbs do you have. I could get my 35's to open up with out any problems. But my 39's they requiers some moding to the thumb throttle. The carbs in the pic need to be open more.

First have you checked your plugs, how do they look? IMO a 290 sounds lean for a ported bike with pod filters, head and bored out .060 over. I would bump that up around a 320.
Never seen a sticker that was not removable.... I pulled the stickers off mine. Dam good a-arms IMO. Best to get them wile their on sale. Thats a good price. :beer:
