  1. That's our neck of the woods Casper so we prob right next to each other, rolling out with Sandshots & Hollisapt + bunch of other friends.. I'll drop the details as I run into them!
  2. I'll skip a meal, make up for the weight of my steel sprockets.. Not a big deal..
  3. Just use regular Prestone radiator flush! I never had that prob!
  4. They're not to be pressed out but carrier spacer can seize on the axle and make it a pain.
  5. New helment & stator to run 4 lights.
  6. I don't like the loook of it that's all. Nice grill Yamaha04
  7. Noooooooooooooo!!!!!! I'm picking up the seat cover tomorrow, call me yo.. Didn't know it was being parted!
  8. lol.. Sometimes I don't want to search, I don't have the time so I'll logon, drop the thread & I'm out! Check later..
  9. NICE!!!!!!!! I used to have that wheel setup last year..
  10. Would they be expensive to purchase? I'd only go for a rad cover.. If I spent money on that it would be on custom painted plastic to rock at the dunes.
  11. I say you should keep it. Sounds like a healthy bike if it's stock and still holds stock compression. Wait, you Canadians have the option to buy the new Orange 2008 Shee, you getting that?
  12. Ha haa!! I lost a stinger that layed accross my harness in the middle of the dunes. I was pissed, friends said it looked like I was going to HULK the Shee back to Vendor Alley.. I was pissed, I don't take downtime at Glamis very well lol... Luckly, I had electrical tape on the whip that I removed & restored the harness.. I still say Black Plastic! Chop the fenders front & back & no worries about the scratches.
  13. That's laughlin status!! Looks pimp, definately a twin catcher so get it! By the way, what motor is that?
  14. Huge crowd from E2S make their yearly trip out to SL & word is DNR is out to getya more than ever. One of the guys said he talked to a some of them at some Xmas or New Years party.. They are checking! What if you unplug something from the bike so it purposely doesn't start when they try to check? They only check at the entrance right?
  15. Are you getting it because you need the db's down or need the spark arrestor? I personally like individual spark arrestors & the look of dual exhaust. There's nothing I like about the hush kit but.... it does serve it's purpose. The Alba kit is going to be kinda hard on T5 Silencers since the core slips into the endcap & makes it hard to place the screen in there.
  16. Steel will last, you'll shred the alum in the sand. Look what happends to steel, just imagine alum ones.
  17. I used the blade off a utility box cutter & slices it easily.. No need to hack em!
  18. Sounds great, Maybe even throw a Green Monster Engergy Drink Theme on it?? I simply prefer the classic plastic, I can't get used to the Raplastik! Let's see some pics??
  19. Sounds like loco asnswered your question. I would say as long as they're steel sprockets. I got the JT front for $5 & run the DID as well. I wasn't sure what gearing I wanted for the rear so decided to wait. It backfired at Glamis this weekend. Chain started skipping at the drags, ended up at KD Cycles for a new one $45
  20. I've gotten plenty of help from some good guys on here. Made tons of sales & bought many parts as well. Sounds like you'll have a fast Banshee!!! Loose that Rappy plastic and gain another 5hp
  21. Yeah it was! Here it is first thing Friday morning shredding sand!
  22. Go for it! What shop is this? Is there a budget for your build? Cuz I can go on all day about suggestions lol... I have my stock shift star laying around, how bout we have Flotek modify it for ya?
  23. Let me discuss that with my bro & I'll get at ya. I'm waiting on the head, SMKMUPBANSHEE said he might have one so I'll keep you posted on that as well.
  24. Because my stock bore was gone beyond I couldn't just get a fresh hone at 64mm. After bore & hone it put me at 64.75 & wen't with Wiseco Prolites. Vance & Hines ordered the pistons for me.. forgot the price on those but he charged $60 for each cylinder. It was a convinience to drop off those cylinders and pick up everything together with gasket kit and ready to bolt on. V&H is a reputable company, look it up... They make Harley pipes & stuff like that but also service the offroad world. They don't take new customers but I can call Mike & set it up. Are you sure debris & rings didn't fall down into the crank? If not you might have to split the cases. If that's the case then get the crank welded too. I might have a stock head for you tomorrow! PM member 370Banshee for portwork info.. He's waiting on you. I already told him bout you!
  25. Dude.. It was a great weekend!! I'll get some pics & video over to you.. Going back Pres Day, you in?
