You can right click and open with Paint, tool bar has the option to resize. Indicate in the text box what you would like to resize to, save when finished.

Dawn dish soap is a great degreaser, then I'd use simple green if needed. Definately Brake Kleen to finalized. I don't like that engine degreaser but make sure you wash that out good, dulls alum.

Right now is the perfect time to get this clutch pusher, think I paid $55 from FAST.

You can also give it more slack by adjusting right above the carb caps.

I've seen those before, I like em alot & might pick some up. I'm running the same right now. It's pretty much the same thing as the ebay item. Heater hose & hose clamps. Not as pretty but just as functional as others.

Only other design I've seen with those mounts are Pro Circuts. Drive up to a welding shop, they'll do it for a few bux!

Buy that Clymer Manual, you would of had all these questions answered. Coolant travels from head to cylinder water jackets. Break head gasket seal and you have a leak. Sounds like a piston might of gone lean on ya. You will have to split the cases, you can't drain the crankcase area. I'd check the bearings an measure play on that crank, the manual gives you the measurements too. It would't cost much to ship to a builder for inspection, if it's good then have them weld it.

That sucks man.. This is not the first complaint I've heard about boxes arriving incomplete or incorrect. Think I've read 5 of these complaints in the last six months & that's too much. YOu should be getting to service/parts for the big bux you spend! Hope you get this resolved soon..

Many of us own other atv's besides Banshee's, the kid owns a Blaster. E2S is a huge resource for that machine as well.

A good sandblast and powdercoat should do the job, look better over chrome!!

I don't agree you'll loose power with a hush kit but i never ran one. Keep us posted!
