  1. If you want to run the bottle then cut around the box and keep it. If you don't want it then run the hose down the frame & throw the bottle out!
  2. That doesn't look polished at all! You made them look chrome! They look great!
  3. The 28's will work perfect, that's what I run with similar setup! PM Wildcard Racing, they can bore out those carbs for you!
  4. I think that Banshee sports that seat cover very well!! X2, I was thinkin the same thing! I like it as is!!
  5. Damn!!!! Sounds like it could of been worse for you and the Banshee!! Get better soon & try it again!
  6. I don't run nerfs myself, but that's not to say they're not a good idea! I run the IMS pegs too and they stick to the boots, one of my favorite Banshee mods!
  7. These are Lazer Stars, true billet housing lights! Behind the lens cover there's an oring seal as well as a seal where the wiring is. Good stuff cost good money. Can't polish plastic light that can you?? LOL... Yo Chris, I'll get you some HID info & pics, maybe even video if I can. My bro n' law just setup his yfz450 with four of those and hot damn it illuminates everything in site! You might even think a police chopper is pulling you over with those damn bright lights on ya ha haa!! Also, you can easily drill a hold on the base of the orginal mount and lock it in with a pair of nuts! Even better, drill that hole and weld a nut under it so you can easily thread it in, use another one to lock in place. They also sell the mounts for the stocker and frame brackets in every size to remount as you please.. For knight rides at Glamis, these would be a great idea for the handlebars!
  8. It could be.. List your mods and jetting specs! How much oil are you mixing with the gas?
  9. All mine, thanks Squeezen!!
  10. Fit 8x7 rims right? If so I'll take em!! Where in So Cal are you?
  11. You might chew up those locknuts a bit with the screwdriver, get that spanner wrench! I bet Tusk makes one! Check em out, they have quality stuff with good prices!
  12. ClimbAnyHill

    manual

I printed one & threw it in a binder, carry it in my gear bag!
  13. They're ready for ya bro!
  14. I have those 50watt Lazers for you, you have enough stator to push that + more! I'll try to drop them off this weekend. Have the bars & grips for you too.
  15. My price included a sandblast cleanup!
  16. A couple of my boys have those ODi's, they grip good & comfy too! I'm running those Death Grips & always use a dab of expoxy to make them stick!
  17. PC is high temp, it get's baked as well but don't think they make powder to take on headers.. Could be wrong.... Paid $110 for my headers!
  18. That whole setup is worth more than $35, very fair price!
  19. What brand swingarm & is it a roundhouse with carrier?
  20. Yeah bro those front stockers don't last too much. I would just save up and wait for a deal on shocks.. Just saw some Resi Works in the the Sale Forum $175 & need to be juiced up. Works is down the street from where I work too..
  21. Interested in that rear shock.. Who serviced it & what spring do you have in it?
  22. Just leave them on!! I can't tell you how many times I've been hauling thru dunes and bottom out hard off a jump.. Bottom of boots hitting sand like that is kinda scary!!
  23. Like Snop said, cut the hose shorter so it pulls in & away. I had similar prob with T5's & Boss intake too! Stock intakes work just fine though but I did need 3/8 spacers for that left 28mm carb bowl to clear the clutch arm.
  24. Did you coat that yourself? Looks damn good!
  25. That link shows a nice deal on a billet cover, it's a nice piece too!
