  1. You can really camp anywhere & makes it alot easier if you're bringing your own hauler. We like to camp by the washes so we're closer to all the vendors. Pull into the Glamis store and buy your weekly pass & visitor sticker for the atv! I think it's about 30 bux for each one. I won't be there in March, trying to make Dumont plans but feel free to shoot on over there after Glamis!
  2. PC won't hold up. V&L Powdercoating in Apple Valley, Ca gave my T5's a good ceramic coat & bake!
  3. Based on my 28mm PWK experience yes they are worth getting them! They really wake up a motor!
  4. Are those dust caps billet? What size are those pistons?
  5. A Cub on CPI's sounds like way too much for a trail rider. Stock cylinders can produce more than enough trail riding power!! Nothing wrong with stock ported cylinders with Pro Circuits, Fatties, T5's! Those setups with stock carbs, ported reed cages, decked heads, shaved flywheels, advanced timing & K&N pods will make it a great trail banshee! Talk to slobanshee06 & have him set you up your riding style.
  6. I recently scored a pair of these 28's! LGN Needles on middle clip with stock pilots, air screw out 1.5 turns. Threw some 158 mains and it's a bit rich but man it sounds awesome & it just has great throttle response.. Picked up more jets today so I'll get it dialed in soon. I'll decide on needles after that. And my shee is ported, Flotek milled head & it pretty much has has the motor bolt ons you can possibly slap on a shee!
  7. Let me know wutcha got! I might have parts to trade as well..
  8. I just read your three pager thread here.. Now I'm curious, what jetting you ended up at? Thanks.
  9. I have the brakelight actuator that attaches to that foot pedal!
  10. YO! The electrical tech at Alba can wire you a 200w. I think it's a better shot than what the aftermarket world offers right now.
  11. Same here, paid for my stuff and got here in a few days.. Great communication & easy transaction as it should be. Thanks yo!!
  12. Kick the shit outta that sand ha haa! Glamis is fun!!
  13. Let me check.. I think I have a pair or chrome Renthals with black crossbar & I have a pair of stock carbs with K&N pods coming off the Banshee as soon as this rain & cold weather calms down. PM returned. Thanks.
  14. I wen't out there a few times this year & took a couple pics! Member, Hollisapt. I shredded my rear sprocket at the drags but a beer and wrench make it a quick fis! We Shredded the shit out of these rollers!! A shot of Olds Hill from far away.. Me haulin ass at Olds Hill Drags.. [in pain because I ate shit the night before, hit a witch eye in the dark] Our riding bud JC, RIP..
  15. If someone can hook me up with that I'd appreciate it, thanks! :geek:
  16. And I would put the whole thing together & install the spark plugs as well. Hold the whole thing by the plugs and drop it in! Makes it way easier!!
  17. These guys are right, no need to go way fat on that pilot.. Welcome to BHQ & forget about 1st gear... Just stab the throttle in 2nd & go!
  18. Just flip it upside down & make sure the floats are level, adjust as needed.
  19. Larry @ http://vandlpowdercoat.com/ quoted me $200 for frame & Swingarm. How much did the frame run ya?
  20. How much for the rear alone?
  21. Lookin good! Go black on the grill so it pops out & black rims!! Dress it up with chrome hardware!!
  22. That's a badass shee & nicely priced too! I want it LOL!!
  23. It would be a good idea to clean up the frame too! I removed my stock pipe hangers & everything off the subframe. When I strip my frame I'm removing those excessive sloppy Yamaha welds!
  24. Definately a good upgrade!
  25. Wecome to BHQ. Take pics so we can check them out & list their modifications. I would do the usual inspection walkaround and check compression.
