  1. How bout this one. http://kokomo.craigslist.org/snw/5705964469.html "Heck yeah my banshee is reliable, I just mounted this full size tool box on the bumper to fix my buddies bike when we are riding." Haha
  2. Cool. Nice score. I can't ever find fenders on ebay that aren't worn out junk. Here's my 95 wearing the 99 and 07 red with 2010 replica decals. I'm gonna change wheels to either chrome or yellow. You might try my ebay guy named "jcgraphicsnj" for some OEM replicas. His decal quality is great and he even worked with me on color. I exchanged the first set he made because his yellow didn't match Yamaha's yellow. He sent samples and let me pick out the closest match. Turned out nice. pic to follow
  3. Don't settle for an rz350 when you can have it's big brother, an rz500. 4 cylinders are better than 2. I've seen some of those priced for 15k or more.
  4. Check out those balloon racing "slicks". I bet he's got an 8 tooth front sprocket to turn them. Straight up gangsta bro http://columbusga.craigslist.org/snw/5611987756.html
  5. Yeah right. Just think, an afternoon of work and you could be riding the next day. Haha
  6. I'll take them. PM sent
  7. Not a banshee, but that quad looks like it swallowed a crotch rocket. You'd have to be an ape to reach the bars. Haha http://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/mcy/5607275735.html
  8. Are the shocks stock length? If not, what's the eye to eye measurement?
  9. I can vouch for my guy in Puerto Rico. He came through with the fronts, even though the box was too small. He knocked some off the list price and shipped UPS to TN at $90 for 1 box or $150 for 2 boxes. After more research, I think the green ones I saw on the PR banshee page are just Maiers with the 08 bird/flame decals.
  10. That link is for an upper rear fender support. It bolts into the existing upper rear fender mount/grab bar and extends out to help hold up the flared upper portion of the rear fenders. I have two sets and they are great ammo against the common banshee rear fender sag.
  11. Okay. Too bad about the busted fender. It's sad we have to treat these old fenders like rare gold. How hard is it for a company that still has the molds and is still producing fenders for new bikes to churn out some runs of these old school sets? On top of that, they won't sell any of the banshee fenders past 06, that they are still currently producing, here in the States because they didn't sell the bikes here. Give me a break and please take my money! I've been shopping for a clean black/red 03 or a white/red 04 for a little while now. Just missed an 03 last week that was on CL for 6 hours and missed an 04 today that was on there for 3 hours. Don't tell me the market for clean, stock banshees, is dead, because it feels pretty hot. It would be easier for me to get a clean, stock 88 250r off that guy on ebay that sells 1 or 2 a month. I've already asked him why he can't find banshees like he does those 250Rs. Haha.
  12. If you go overseas, you can get red, orange, and I think Kawi green.
  13. Yes, you can get OEM blue, white, black, 03 SE yellow, and 06 Anniversary Yellow for about the same $ as Maier.
  14. Broke350, too bad about the purples. You'll just have to enjoy this for now. If you have that white 04 in your profile pic, I would pair some black fenders with it. They would look cool with the red frame.
  15. Here are the 07 fronts and 99 rears. They are a perfect match. Unfortunately, my guys shipping the fronts from overseas stuffed them in too small of a box and they got fairly warped. No stress marks though. I have been trying to stretch them back out slowly and avoid any stress marks. I have them on the bike now and am using zip ties to pull them towards the front fenders supports. I just need a little time, sun, and hot temps. edit** Can't get my photobucket links to work. 50kb limit on this site is like an 80s dial up BBS. Oh well, maybe later
  16. Hi. Sorry I missed all these posts. Yes, the 95 says "not shipping" now and from what I've gathered, that means you can't get them. The only old school plastics that Yamaha produced a whole set for are the 94 purple (violet). I own a 94 and they're kinda girly, my wife rides it. I got the 99 red (RTR) rears from Rockymountain no problem and did a lot of leg work to score a set of 07 red (RTR) fronts from overseas. I'll post the pics later. Now all I need is set of those 2010 replica graphics off ebay in yellow and black.
  17. Happened to me with a 94. It's either the stator or CDI. Only use Moose, Electrosport, or OEM stators.
  18. You can get a new OEM set for $450. Or maybe you can find a used, mint set for $300 ish, but I never see any that nice.
  19. Thanks for the tip. I've talked with Tony, the manager, and Carlos, the parts guy, at MotorSport in Guaynabo, PR. Right now, they look like my best option for getting the fronts. Online shipping estimate looks like at least $100 to get them to me. Got tired of messing with it and almost bought a red 96 from a member 2 weeks ago. Missed it by a day. I have the new rear fenders in the box. Haven't even pulled the paper wrap off them. We'll see what happens.
  20. You guys have been installing your shocks wrong all this time. Check out the correct method. Haha https://tulsa.craigslist.org/snw/5505052544.html
  21. Also, ditch the gold rims or powder coat them. Change out the 94 purple (I think?) head lights for some black ones.
