  1. Might get asked so to clarify what porting is done to it? Is that stock trans in it? Pics would help the sale also.Good luck with the sale
  2. Mids are more of a trail pipe.If you have a choice with either i would go with the pt high revs also.Being that you ride desert im sure you pin the throttle and ride at high rpm you're gonna want a pipe that peaks higher.I just took some High revs off of my drag ported stock cylinder set up that i duned every now and then and ran awesome with them.
  3. I use a dremel and Mothers aluminum and mag polish on mine.If the scratches won't come out with that you can wet sand it with some 2400 grit and then run your dremel with the polish wheel back over it...shit will look like a mirror. Some use the white polishing compound and swear by it but i've just always had mothers on hand so it's what i've used.
  4. keeping the filters and cable..190 shipped for the carbs with powerjets!
  5. Yea for sure fine after some porting.I only seen he was putting them on a stock motor and his builder told him his stock carbs are junk, he didn't mention anything about a project that i seen.Don't take it the wrong way,i'm not trying to ruin the sale for ya..it wouldn't benefit me any for that matter anyways.
  6. stock motor huh? carbs gonna be a little big with stock porting but if you intend on doing some port work in the near future they're not a bad all around kind of carb to run.like stated you won't gain much if anything on bottom end but could give ya a bit on top.jetting aint nothing with them also.
  7. Gloss black always looks good. What type of grill to you have for it? Personally i like the stripped radiator look.
  8. PWK's are pretty much just a newer version of PJ's. PWK's have a seperate choke and idle screw,on PJ's the choke plunger is the idle screw.PWK's have a D shape slide while PJ's have an oval shape slide The reason for the drain plug being welded is to clear the clutch arm on the crank case. With the bigger carbs the bottom of the float bowl/drain plug would be in the way of the clutch arm to move. It's a common thing for carbs when not used with aftermarket intakes or spacers. What motor are you putting these on anyways?
