wow is it that odd for this to happen? i'm trying to figure out wtf happen or what went wrong.i called Tyson and Brad said it's probably on of those freak accident things that happen and i got lucky.I'm just curious if anyone else has done this...

My cases i've been running since i bought the bike.No top half studs included,i ran a monoblock so didnt need them.One hole has a 5/16th helicoil in it.I did not put it in, i took it to a machine shop and had them put it in.I've pulled the cylinders off several times and have not had one problem with the helicoil.Has chain break other than that they're clean.No leaks or anything,trenches are smooth,bolts included 95 shipped

was a brand new bearing just put on September. the clutch is a couple years old but isn't all worn down or burnt

On my 4 mill i pulled the crank and noticed the TZ bearing was cracked half way around the bearing? same thing with one of the middle clutch fiber plates.2 of the fingers broke ,i pulled the clutch and one of the plates was in the pieces? wtf?

alright guys i ran into a big prob and i gotta get rid of the top end now.There is nothing wrong with it at all.oh except im missing one dome o-ring. 70 mm bore no scratches or gouges,clean and smooth and walls are still thick, ported for 4mill.I was told Tyson ported it.Comes with Trinity blaster pistons,wrist pins, and a set of 27 cc domes and a brand new set of 25cc domes just cut i havnt even run yet.This set up on a 4mill crank makes 446cc..A few others can vouch for me this set up runs hard.This is a mount and run set up i have all the bolts acorn nuts etc... i need 550 shipped for the whole top end! i will get more pics of the transfers and intakes later when i tear it down scroll down to post 29 http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...15&start=15

never used them lines but i would recommend calling a local hydrolic shop.they can do the stainless with teflon coating and all that for probably cheaper...at least in my neighborhood they do

no just keep the rims on the hubs like normal but flip the hubs,the bolts will be on the inside...put the left hub on the right side and visa versa.Not sure what rims you have but with my blue labels and paddles im narrowed in pretty good.Its just a pain in the ass when you have to change tires cuz sometimes the hubs are stuck on the axle.

192psi my guess is you have 19cc domes.Call Noss Machine he will hook you up. I just had him cut me some for my 70mm bore,he's very patient and got right back to my phone calls and anwsered all the questions i had.Very nice guy and knows his shit...

Alright i uninstalled Firefox and rebooted then re-installed Firefox and everything's back to normal again.I don't know what happened or why but seems to be running top notch again. A simple fix almost costed me a laptop and a window lol

hmmm.im not at home right now but I didn't restart after I uninstalled firefox the first time so ima try that. a friend of mines dad said he was having the same prob he just reinstalled it prob solved.ill figure it out.

I run xp and my IE browser works and loads up but firefox doesn't.Anyone else having problems with it? My connection is 100 % and i'm all clear of viruses and spyware and all that junk.I tried re-installing firefox also and even with a fresh install and a reboot i've got the same problem.

What mods and what elevation are you at? Lid or no lid or pods?

Whats your jetting and needle clips at? Could just be a little rich or lean on the needles.If they're in the middle,lower the needles (raise the clips) one position and throw a new set of plugs in...
