damnit i never thought it would be this hard to find these sizes. i cant find them anywhere on the web.

make sure your bike isnt too lean, that may be the reason you seized it the other two times. you could get a oversized radiator and a billet impeller and get a cool head. all of those will help a lot.

i just looked through 4 parts finders and didnt find any sizes. are there any that you know fo that you could send me a link for?

i am getting ready to put my case back together after a new crank. i want to put it together with stainless allen head bolts. the problem is i dont know what i did with my old bolts to take them with me and get new ones and i cant take the caes with me cuz i already have the tranny and the crank in there so i dont want to carry it into the hardware store. long story short i need the sizes of all the bolts that hold the cases together so i can go get them and get my engine back together. if anyne has those laying around i would really appreciate it if you could send those sizes over to me. thanks,adam

i recently decided not to run the override i bought and i threw my stock tranny in. one thing i would like though is a modded shift star so i can still shift pretty quick up the hill. is there any major downsides to a modded star? and are they worth putin on over stock? also it seems like it would be easy to do at home with a dremel and a good bit. can it be done?

i just wired mine straight to the wires that are used for the kill/light switch. i also run a dyna and havent had any problems with it like that

well im not sure of the stock swingarm length but this swingarm measures just under 18 inches from middle to middle. i was told by a member that it stock length. so i guess now i have a stock length lonestar with a roundhouse carrier. kinda sucks cuz i know no one will want this. if for some reason you do let me know and i would be thrilled to sell it to you. thanks guys and sorry for any confusion

i got over to the garage tonight and check the plug wires and caps and found nothing and i also swapped the whole coil just to be sure. same results. any more ideas?

i dont believe they have a tranny in the case. i think it is a cvt system.

i had that happen to me last summer and it turned out that somehow the kill/light switch was shorting out and killing them. disconnected it and had no problems since. just a shot in the dark from my own experience. hope it helps
