  1. What elevation are you at? Did you just change the pipes or rejet as well? Im not a 33pwk expert but the jetting sounds pretty fat to me for a mild port. I would start leaning the needle first and then drop the pilot if necessary. What do your plugs look like after wot?

    I think they do fit. And just FYI not many people run trinity pipes but everyone knows U can't go wrong with t5s. Ecspecially on a mild built bike. There tried and true. Only reason I'm selling mine is because I have 2 sets. The next bike I'm building will be a full drag bike so they won't work. I didnt say there was anything wrong with t5s I know his exact setup because it used to be mine I have ran t5s, cpis and trinty pipes with the cylinders he is running and feel like the trinitys will work well for what he wants. I dont really care what everybody runs I get my opinions and give advice from my experiences. With the cylinders he has all the pipes will pull good I have found that the trinitys are right between the cpis and t5s pull a little farther then the t5s a little less then the cpi and the stainless steel is a plus atleast for me. Just because everybody runs something doesent make it the best for everyone.

    I seen a set of trintys on here for $275 earlier they will run alot better then the t5s with those jugs the trintys and stk carbs will run like hell with those by the way have you gottem on yet. Oh yea the trinty pipes are very good quailty.
  5. Start with a 34 main and a 28 pilot work the main down untill your plugs are nice and tan proably end up with a 30-32main.
  6. I need your email I havent got any since I cleaned it but I will get some tomorrow.$100 shipped is about as low as it gets. The stock cylinders were basically new when I took them out I havent toatly made my mind up on selling the cylinders i was holding on to them just in case but money talks they are as close to new as you will get without buing them from a dealer. What are they worth?
  7. I cleaned the crank up and it is ready to be used.
  8. The cylinders and pistons are sold. The stk crank is still here. I will take $100obo shipped for it the crank its a very low hour out of my 2004 it has been sitting and has some surface rust on the ends but can be cleaned up and used all the bearings are in good shape. I also have a bunch of jets for stk carbs if somebody wants them. I can send email pics.
  9. The cylinders,crank and pistons are sold pending payment. I still have a stk timing plate, stk exhaust I have set of proflow intake spacers stk carbs with pods I also need a working carb for a warrior I will trade something out for.
  10. The stock ones? Ifso I really havent thought about it Ive only located 1 of them but I feel like I could find the other one. What are they worth they are stk port,bore came of my basically new 2004 banshee they will need a hone too but you could still see the factory crosshatching in them when i took them off.
  11. Fellows I have tried to post some pics but cant get it to work right now. I dont need any trades I have a bone stock set of jugs also im not into the banshees like I used too be. I can email pics if somebody wants me too. I also have various other parts like a stock timing plate, jets, stock carbs,pods for them a couple of stock heads a stock crank with rods just ask I might have it if you need something. The jugs are up for offers as well so feel free to shoot me a pm with offers or questions. I have a new project im doing and just need a little extra cash. I would be interested in trading some of this stuff for garret turbos t3,t25,t28 or some nissan turbos off 300zx lets just say if you have a turbo let me know I might trade for it.

  13. I have a set of 34s I will trade for a nice single setup or some 33pwks I have the complete setup with intakes and pods with extra jets the needles are cel I might have some others. I would also like to trade my 18cc domes for some 21s.
  14. These jugs ran so well if I still had the stk stroke I would take the cub off and sell it for a dune/drag all purpose application these are the ticket. Also if it makes a difference I could take care of the hone the pistons included were ran with these jugs and they were bored to size. If you are looking for a way to outrun the 4strokes these and a set of trintys or cpis everything else stk will do it with ease 140-150psi really goes good with them as well.
  15. I have a set of ported stock cylinders that I ran before I went to a cub. They are for a stock stroke and and on 65mm bore. I also have a set of pistons that can go with them if you want them. They have been sitting in my shop and will need a hone they had about 10-15hours on them when removed. The exhaust is around 192 I believe and the transfers are really opened up and raised a bit also I cant remember the # though they were ported by a guy over at planet sand I may can locate his info if needed, This is a really stong set of cylinders I ran them 185psi with trinity pipes and cpis I ran stock carbs with them and 34pjs both worked very well They have good bottem with big time mid and top. I will take $250 for them with the pistons. I also have a set of 34pjs that I will trade for some 33s or a good single setup. I would also like to trade a set of 18cc domes "noss head" for some 21s or 22s. I got old and tring to get my cub tamed a bit for some trails and such. I will get some pics asap they are in elberton ga.
  16. I had to recheck my self here after raeding a bit it looks like the 165 is about the cutoff. I do know where I got that 145 number though I built a couple of outboard boat motors and thats as high as we set them on pump but they only have one gear which causes a lugging situation on start and that makes them detonate.
  17. Yall can do what u want but 145-150 is about the limit on pump any builder will tell u that as far as the porting goes it wont change it a whole bunch about 5psi at the most is what i seen. And if you are going to run it long especilly at high compression welding the crank is a must they are known to come apart. I would say 140-145 with 4 degress on the timing is about all I would go on pump. I may be wrong but if i remember right the stockers are 24cc and u gain about 10psi for each cc you drop.

I dont remember the guys name that ported them they have something engraved on the side of them but ill have to look and see what it is the bore is 65mm and is very fresh but they have been sitting for a while so they would need a hone.If I remember right the exhaust is around 192 and the transfers are really opened up and raised too. The intake has been cleaned up pretty good as well. I was running these before the crank and cubs and these are a running set of jugs like i said i liked them better overall then the cub.
  20. Ive got a set of ported stkers that overall run better then a cub in my opinion. They might not make the as big numbers but they dont rob your lowend either. They are for stk stroke they can be bought reasonable if somebody wants them. If I had to guess i would say they are making around 65-70hp with cpi or trinty pipes.
  21. I cant remember what the stockers are but I wouldnt run it over 145 on pump gas and u can get that by shaving the head.I have some 18s I think im going to switch out myself. I havent been to this fourm in years and havent even cranked my banshee in a year. You should be around 120-125 with the stockers on there. I used to know how much to shave them but I dont remember now. Im running 4mil storoker but the compression didnt change with that it was the same with the stk. crank 65mm cubs 18ccdomes on a noss head@800ft 185psi on the cubs and 190 on drag ported stkers. 34pjs with trinty stainless pipes.
  22. I would say 22s I have had 18s on mine with sevral sets of jugs and it always pulls 185-190 depending on which jugs.
  23. They were ported by a guy over at planetsand. They are drag ported i think the exhaust is around 194 the transfers were raised i dont remember what degree their at or his name. The transfers are opened up big time. I like the way they run for most cases over the cub they make hella power top to bottom last time i ran them I had the same setup thats on the bike now execpt stk crank and in 300ft dirt and the small tires i was smoking all the 450s and a cople of 2 wheel 250s. I really wasent planing to part the stuff out but yall can make me some offers and well see. I also have the set of pistons i was running with those cylinders they were bored to fit. You make a good offer on them and if u put them on and dont like them ill take em back and give u your money back as long as their not damaged I promiss if u jet them like i tell u youll want to keep them.
