I'm trying to tune in mine as we speak. I started with a 150 and 50, needle mid clip. I have t5s, milled head, +4 timing and no lid.

OK, figured out why it wouldn't hold idle... TORS(?) sensor in the throttle box!! FKN TORS!!! Well, took that out compltely and it'll hold an idle, a fkn fast idle, but hold and keep running. Half the problem solved!!! Nowto fix this fast idle... going toplay with the, i hope, idle screw. Lefty loosey, i hope, hehehe

OK, heres another dumb question... which one is the idle screw on these? the screw with the springon the left sideof the carbs, or the sunken screw on the right side?? I'm thinking it's the left side spring screw in comparing them to the stockers... Also, whats the best way to set idle? all the way in then back it out or what?? thanks guys

Yes, Dave is the fkn man, I know this. Just throwing it out there if anyone has any ideas that could help. My bike wouldn't run at all if it wasn't for dajogejr or fastLANE :cool: I cross posted here before he responded back and am still trying to figure it out... can't hurt to get a couple different sets of eyes on it!! Anybody have any ideas about my current idle problem??

IMO- TMdesignworks is the only one to get. I just bought one for $49 on their site. I like the design and material. A billet one won't flex, it'll just snap.

I'm def in, but it would have to be a weekend for us working stiffs.
