  1. Post mine and 00shee00 tracking number on here that a ups store always gives you and prove that they where lost so everyone can see and clear your name. I am not mad about the package being lost if it is. I have not received a pm from sence the 3rd of fed when you say you forgot about my package and you would ship them that day then NOTHING till today when you say you shipped them but two peoples got lost appariently. Then we will both stop crying. If me or shee package is lost then we will publicly appologize for the remarks but you still need to work on you communication skills. Just a simple pm that you recived the money and shipped with a tracking # is pretty simple and standard procedure especially with the amount of money we are talking.
  2. O everybody else got there parts OK where are my carbs then asshole. I sent you a money order and you cashed it on the 29th on Jan I still have the receipt. Last PM I got from you sent to me on feb 3 after I had to pm you to find out even if you got my money order and you said you totally forgot and would get them out that day. 22 days later still no parts or any more PMs I even sent you some I am sure you got. So send me my parts or send my damn money back. I cant believe you would even post on here anymore you should be banned from the site and thrown in jail imo. I can post up the PMs you sent me with dates and everything If you would like to come on here and call me a asshole and disrespectful be cause stealing anothers mans money that they worked had for then coming on here and calling them a asshole is the the bottom of the barrel that is where you are.
  3. less than a 1000 ft diff you are not going to tell a diff no need to rejet. You will run a tad bit richer bring a couple extra plugs just in case you foul out but I doubt you will unless you are running at the extreme rich jetting at 500 ft. Have a fun trip
  4. I ran 320 mains 27.5 pilots when I ran my fatties with pods at sea level cant remember where I had my needle set. I think I was also running the vitos needle that has a diff taper so it prob wouldnt help to tell you any ways. But the main and the pilot sould get you started just play with the needle alittle do some plug checks every bike jets different.

  8. I sent Andrew Ballard $100 for parts too and never got my shit. He will not answer my PMs or emails. I have been buying parts for a long time on here and other sites and this is the first time I got ripped off (prob not the last) and it is one of the worst feelings in the world. I mean what kind of person do you have to be to take someones money that they worked hard for and not feel any guilt. All I know is he is lucky I live on the west coast it is just to far to have a nice little chat face to face

  12. Never had T-6s but if it was me I would start with 320 mains 27.5 pilots and do some plug checks and work from there

Well I am sure the reason the raptor lost was because it is running a doebeck that is not a fuel controler or chip all it is is a box with pots they call it that turns the fuel up according to the way the user turns them there is no tuning involed just a guess to what you think the air/fuel ratio should be. Its a poor mans jet kit for fuel injection. The only way to go is to get a PCIII power commander that you download a new fuel map to according to what pipe and mods your running and gives you a perfect jet all the way through the rpms. Again I am not trying to argue just stating facts and that any 450 dont matter what year if all it has done is a pipe filter and jetted is not going to beat a 700 that has a pipe filter and PCIII. Just plain science a 3 mod raptor puts down on average 53hp and 49 ft pounds of torque a 450 might be able to get 50 hp but wont even come close with the torque maybe 35lbs at best. The reason alot of people get beat on there raptors is that raptor riders tend to be bigger people and 450 riders smaller. When you put person that weights 140 on a yfz and a guy that weights 220Lbs on a raptor and then add the 46lbs the raptor already wieghs over the yfz people have a 126lb wieght advantage. Not saying that is the case all the time but in contributes to alot of the 450vs 700 smack talk. You put same size jockeys and same exp lvl and you will see the same results every time 700 wins. I am not trying to hate on 450s I accually love to ride them. But for the riding I do dunes, woods, open desert the raptor was a better choice for me. If I was a MXer then I wound buy one because that what is was designed for. Nope wait that is what I have a 250r for so I really dont see a point in haveing a 450 lol J/K Its all good still rather ride my banshee

The guy above that said that 450s walk on a 700s is dead wrong not to be rude or anything but you need to go to a drag area like glamis or dumont or something because a piped, filtered, PCIII raptor with walk all over any piped filtered jetted 450 out there. Its just a proven fact any day of the week. The guy you raced must of had his tuning messed up or does not no how to ride for shit. Anyway I perfer to ride my banshee anyday of the week athough it is slower than my 700 it is just a blast to ride and that is what I ride for is to have fun. :biggrin:
  16. When you say make you have them is it just the general rules you see at the places or have seen it enforced. I live right next to pismo and ride there quite often and have never been checked for SA if they did enforce it on weekends no one would be riding lol. I would think you are going to fail Sound checks in california as well with CPIs. But then again they really dont check for that at the dunes either. If you are riding somewhere else other than the dunes then I would be concerned. If a ranger is a big enough dick to give you a ticket for not having SA on in the sand.... because we wouldnt want the dunes to burn down then he is a big enough dick to give you a sound violation as well. Just my .02 1 ticket or 2 lol

  18. If the air box lid is off and you have stock carbs I would start with 27.5 pilots and 310 main and do a plug check. That is prob alittle rich but better to start that way. If I had to guess you are prob going to be around 290-300 main but every bike jets diff Good luck
  19. Like I said I have no experence with T-6s but at negitive 40 degrees with T-5s I would be running alot more then 280 mains even if I only had holes in the top of the airbox. Most guys I know are running 280s on 100 degree days during the summer with the same set up except T-5s and air box holes. So a 140 degree diffence in air temp has to count for something. But the like I said T-6s could be way different than most pipes and diff bikes all jet differently.
  20. I bought a blaster of a guy with a blown top end and the pistion was all messed up. The jetting was way off and at first I was not going to split the case but then decided what the heck and I am glad I did because there was quite abit of metal shaving down there. Here is a pic of the piston that came out if your has a hole I would definitly go in the bottom end.
  21. I would try the 30 pilots and your main sounds pretty low especially for that temp. But all bikes run diff. I would change the plugs put 30 pilots in it see how it does and most important do a WOT plug check because that main seems low to me but I have never had T-6s before. You can always try pulling the choke alittle while that stumble is happening see if it gets better. If not try pulling the air box lid and see if it gets better that would give you a better idea of where you stand as far as lean or rich.
  22. Need more info. What Pipes?, air filter set up?, carb size?, porting? elevation? temp? What does your spark plug read?
  23. I really depends on what part of the country you are in as far as prices I see them from 1500 to 5000 the margin is quite wide. I would say a safe bet for a not so pretty good running banshee with bolt on mods 2400-2800 again depending on your location in the US. If a 400ex is what you want maybe you could trade someone for one. 2500 is about the going rate for a used 400ex
  24. I can hear mine at idle but I have pod filters off the carb I dont know if you can hear it with a bike with with a airbox but I guess it just depends on how loud your pipes are :biggrin:
