im at 135PSI with 18MM domes at 5,500FT.. I spoke with Pro Design and Trinity and decided that 16MM domes are what Im going to run. Because of the elevation I am one of the unusual to use the smaller domes. Other option was to have machine shop take some of the cyl down to make a smaller squish but I decided it is faster to put the domes in

They make programable and non programable... You don't want any cdi box that is made by procomm.... So like that TNT ect anything other than 3 the big names listed above. I would honestly just tell you to go with the Dyna....

Kenz is known more for their 4 stroke work than anything else.. They are widely talked about over at trx450r.org..... I have never heard anything bad about them regardless of the application.

I just got mine... I have the stock stroke and my pistons I think are 2MM bigger? 392 CC ... I got mine from trinity and I paid 1,110 for it with the gaskets for my coolhead. My compression @ 5,500FT is 135PSI that is with 18CC domes... So I can run pump gas still. What will be your elevation?

That is how I am.... Regardless if it was broken all the way, it had fair amount of use on it. Rather than have to come back to it later why not just upgrade and replace now !

Like I said, go to walmart or something lol Get some tools pop the carbs off make sure you mark which one is left and which one is right ( I dont know why, that is how mine was so i figure it cannot hurt lol ) Then take them apart clean them out be careful in the bowl though.

Mine did the same ting yesterday. On top of my carbs where you adjust how far the slide is allowed to go in on mine it pulled itself out. I was looking everywhere but finally figured it out ! :-) I wouldn't take yours to the stealership , I would wait until you get some good advice. I personaly think you should take the carbs out and clean them. maybe some how some dirt got in them and is causing the problem...
