  1. as long as the inlet is 3/16" or larger, it will be fine.
  2. different pipes, different reeds, add compression, port work, advance the timing, etc.... Single carb will give you a tiny bit more torque, biggest thing you will notice is that it will accelerate faster. The dynoport pipe is not a low-mid pipe.
  3. I run 28mm and we run some 30mm on the 7 mill 460cc bike. We also run the 28mm setup on a 4 mill. They work good, and I actually don't really recommend running over a 32mm set of carbs on a banshee. Thats unless its a full blown drag bike, ported with top end pipes. There are too many guys out there that over carburate dune ported banshees with cpi pipes on them. 32mm is a little large if your running pro circuits. Your also running a reed cage setup that cant be used to its full potential with those pipes.
  4. It takes the factory special bleeding tools and an act of god to bleed one.
  5. Cascade did sand fest instead of dunefest last year.
  6. You probably seized the clutch pushrod to the actuator, or the inside of the shaft. Your gonna need to take the clutch cover off and disassemble it.
  7. Anytime you ship something that big, your looking at 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS with any freight carrier. Whats the guys ebay feedback like? How many does he have?
  8. The T5 is supposed to be better on ported motors, compared to the T6.
  9. Isn't it a blaster?
  10. Any mid-top pipe on the market will be better for that motor than the dynoport 2 into 1 exhaust. With the 2 into 1, your gonna have an extremely narrow power window. Unfortunately the power is gonna turn on and off like a light switch. We have two 7 mill stroker bikes running around with those cylinders. They have been resleeved and had the exhaust ports dropped on them for more low-midrange power. We built them for those tight trail holes we climb out of at the dunes. They are not built for wide open dunes. One of them puts down about 94hp with pro circuits and twin mikuni 30mm carbs, which isn't too bad for being configured as a trail bike. The other one is running a single carb and those damn pt mids, he was putting down about 87 hp.
  11. T5 does the same job as a cpi, the cpi just does it better. I personally would never trade cpi's out for a T5.
  12. You need to measure the port widths, and heights. Also the distance from the top of the ports to the deck, and the bottom of the ports to the deck. No one can really tell you much by looking at a picture of the cylinder. Even if we could tell you anything visuallyat all, it would have been by looking at the bottom of the transfers, and you didn't give us a picture of that.
  13. Are you serious right now, or are you fucking with us? Here is a drag race where my bike with pro circuits beats other bikes with pt mids, pro circuits, and CPI pipes. The other bikes with cpi and pro circuit pipes are even strokers. So now what? You need to understand that just because someone says this pipe did this, or I have these dyno sheets that say this pipe is better than anything else. Doesn't mean they are not lying or telling you the entire truth about the test. Pipes have to be matched to parts, and everything has to be matched to portwork, then all that needs to be done in accordance with your riding style. In about every instance I can think of, I have seen pipes like the cpi out perform the toomey T5 and T6 as a mid-top pipe. There is no such thing as an "all around" pipe for any 2 stroke. Manufacturers are telling a bold faced lie when they say stuff like that. You can't trust any manufacturers dyno spec sheets or claims either, they always think they make the best pipe no matter who it is. If you want to know the truth behind a pipe do research and ask people who have used them or tested several. Anyone can get skewed results even if they dont have something as simple as jetting dialed in, hence why some of those guys I drag raced didn't win. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMy56wVF1-I
  14. I watched a thing on Rick's Motosport Electrics on Cable last week. I think I would buy something from them.
  15. T5's are not the best mid-top pipes out there. The T6 is a horrible pipe as well. When you say "have you tested both", what 2 pipes are you referring to. You cant compare the Toomey pipes directly to the pro circuit pipes. One is a low mid pipe, and the other two are mid-top pipes.
  16. I can't believe you fell for their tricks!
  17. spec on the caps id 5,000 ohms. They will probably read much higher or "OL" though.
  18. Sealed plastic container....... 90 days. Sealed metal container........A long fuckin time.
  19. Im not sure I see much of a correlation between alot of timing and a broken piston skirt. I would say the side effects should be more along the lines of a hole in the top of the piston.
  20. Your kind of in between the two sizes with your mods. I would run the 27.5, then try the 25 and see what feels better. Also, your motor could probably benefit more from a dual stage reed, or some carbon tech low or mid tension petals. The high tension reeds arent really meant to be ran with a pipe like the pro circuits.
  21. YOU NEED TO CLARIFY WHAT TYPE OF RIDING YOU DO. I WOULD IMAGINE ITS WIDE OPEN DESERT AND DUNES. However, the parts you want to put on like vf3 reeds, are not really great compatible parts for pro circuit pipes. I would never run a T6 pipe.
  22. Rarely does a stock stator go bad and cause the bike to misfire. Usually a problem with the stock stator will cause the bike to stop running. Have you checked the plug caps or tested them?
  23. Why cant you use the specs out of a repair manual?
  24. Did you mess with the needles at all? Is the choke balance tube on? Are the slides in the correct direction?
  25. Did you pull both plugs, and hold the throttle wide open every time as well?
