Well Jim at Passion has my motor as we speak. I have heard good thtings so I gave him a shot. All i can tell you has of now Is that he is a really nice guy to deal with.. Give him a call, maybe you feel alittle bit more comfortable once you speak to him... Good luck..

Yea Jim told me what size domes I just forgot, also I kno that he is going to go over everything with me, but more info and tips could never hurt.. Why would the clip be in the 5th position? Where can i get 27.5 pilot jets?

Okay guys I'm in the middle of a rebuild, Im just trying to get an idea Of where my jetting is going to be, What type of power will shee have.. THIS IS MY FIRST BUILD..Im up for any ideas, tips, or anything at all from you guys, is there anything I should do before I fire her up? etc........... My old mods are: Stock bore T5's V-force reeds Tors removed.. The bike always ran real good.. compression was at 110 when I tore it apart 310 main 25 pilot needle in the middle... I am a recreational rider: New mods: Passion Racing complete tear down: -Hot Mx port -bore .20 over -News wiseco top end -Noss head.. 20 or 21 cc domes. -V-force reeds -new clutch -lightened flywheel -shift star mod I have every size jet from 350 down.. I have toomey,vito, and stock needles I have 25,and 30 pilot jets.. Once again, just trying to get some insight, from people who had similiar setups, how willl the bike perform yada yada yada..... thanks o0o yea and a BOOST BOTTLe...

Where can I get a bleeder? Yea it was def starting to annoy me today.. I caliper where completely empty,bc i rebuilt them is that why it is taking so long bc the calipers have to fill up also.. I saw alot of bubble coming out while I was doing it..I didnt have to fill it that much, that was one of my concerns, felt like i wasnt getting anywhere..

whats up man. The site that a gave the link for, check them out also, thay have te cheapest prices Ive found so far. I was actually quit shocked myself..I compared a few things, and they def are cheaper.. like Bike bandit they want 175.00 for complete carb the other site is like 135.00. just an example though...

whats up Zach I just installed my brake lines today also. I installed both lines to that one bolt.. I bleed my back brake and its fine, Im having a problem with the front brake lines, I cant get anything out of them, must have bleed each one 100times... Did you get your setup yet?

No I have never had a problem..Worldofpowersports.com.. That is another website you can order from, but the other one is cheaper.. I have ordered from both more than once never had a problem.. Good luck

Need 41 tooth sprocket and hub.... I was installing my axel today, mounted it on the swinger, gave it alittle spin and noticed that my hub or sprocket was really bent, Dont know how or when this appened but it did.. What ya going to do.... let me know what you guys got... Thanks in advance

I bought some engine ice after hearing every1 talk about it. I was wondering if a half gallon was going to be enough to fill everything up.

I am a recreational rider, I had pro circuit on my first shee they where okay, know i have T5's and I love them, They sound the best also..

Yea I no that the bearings are different, Im not sure about the #'s that are stamped on the bearing though. Why do you need those #'s

I havent got my motor back yet, so I havent ridden it yet. 1 more week. But my bother did the same to his 250r and yea It made a big difference...Real tight..No little shakes and wobbles

Taylor check out Rockymountain... Here is the Part# 1020980017.. I just changed every bearing and seal in my shee and I used all pivot works..

Whats up guys need acouple of things to complete me build.. I like the stock bumper so will need one, and also a rear grab bar which doesnt have to be stock... let me know what you guys have.. thanks
