Its so hard to get jetting right, i have learned this bc I have posted many questions about jetting.. on a stock banshee with just bolt ons and no airlid, i was running stock pilot 25- and 310 mains I have a passion mx port and some other shit and now Im 32.5 pilot-370 main and shee runs AWESOME.. Just have some patience and make sure you do plug chops..

Sounds like you mechanic is a IDIOT and its trying to get some money out of you.. are you rcoking stock carbs? if so there is only 1 choke, on the left carb and there is a choke tube inbetween them.. 1 choke-1 tube.. so do you have the tors or is it removed already?

Start high and work your way down, Im ported with similiar mods.. 370 main-32.5 pilot...stock needles.. shee runs awesome, no break ups all through.. But every bike is different, so take your time and have some patience, you wont get it perfect on the first shot..

I 100% agree, I rode my buddies banshee the other day with the new paddles and I couldnt believe how well they hooked, I am sold on them for sure...Def a great paddle..

Well correct me if Im wrong, I have a cool head so I wont need a spacer plate, just some new cut domes for the 4mm... Well rather than reporting my cylinders that Im happy with I bought some stockers from theshee and goin to start fresh.. I will send the cylinders out first, have them ported for a 4mm and then go from there...Have some nice pc done on them... Things I need to buy? 1-795 piston kit 2- hot rods 4mm crank 3- o-ring kit for cool head 4- cut domes for 4mm 5-clutch gasket what else? If anyone can find the link that bigred did about splitting the cases..hook me up please..

HAHA thats funny...But my stockers are dialed in soo perfect that im very happy with that, just bored and want to step it up a bit.. Im buying a set of stock jugs from theshee, and my plan is just to send them out to get ported for the 4mm, so that i dont have any down time.. I guess it will be easier to port virgin cylinders.. My bike is running absolutly mint right now, But bored like usual and thinking about goin to a 4mil.. I need to now what is involved, I plan on doing it myself.. What do I need to buy? I do not want to run a spacer plate... Anything that i should now, please throw it out there.. What would this cost, who has the best prices on what I will need? Can I stick with my port, or will it have to be reported? Do I have to rejet? mx port cool head.. 150 psi + timing .20 over

I like this thread alot..Great idea.. This past weekend I rode the new 700r, Its okay but def wouldnt be my choice.. dont think it is everything its made up to be... I have rode the honda 450 and the suzuki and I cant say enough about the suzuki...I lined up with alot of different bikes and i handed it to almost everyone on sunday riding that bike...responsive in every gear, smooth and very comfortable...and its great through whoops.... I think the new suzuki will be sitting next to the shee in the garage within the next month...I think im sold...I wanted a 4poker and thats the one for me..I dont like the honda at all..

Make some phone calls and see who you feel comfortable with.. The builders listed above, you wont be disappointed with anyone of there motors, they are all very popular builders.. Passion built my motor and shee fuckin rips... Took like 7 weeks to get it back though..Well worth the wait in my opinion..
