well ... i bought some wsm platnium pistons off e-bay..(new).. $125 bucks-- i to trying to save money on rebuild. had cyln bored/ported.. went to put it together and notice the ring gap really wide !!! (had a thread--ring gap ?) . everybody i talk to said way to much-- finally got ahold of the comany and they said alittle wide, but their rings run wide. ??? hmmm... ownwer even said he'd ship me new rings. to this day never got them. got tired of waiting and wasnt going to try them in a fresh bored/ported cyln..... so i had to order a set of weisco pistons !! so since i tried to save money... i threw away 125 bucks and waited a month and a half to get my shee running. its better to save and buy the good parts !!!! other wise your taking a chance. thats my 2 cents.good luck.

i had the same problem last year !! i tried every epoxy and glue out there... nothing worked. figured after shipping from texas to and from it wouldnt be worth it. and no ,its hard to just buy 1 tire. i figured out most places wont sell 1 tire. i put mine on e-bay and wrote if you live in cali or on the coast you could repair for cheap,sold the set .. im sure i lost money but i got tied of trying to find 1 tire.

thats what i was going to say..... go with a f.a.s.t. clutch !! put 1 in my bike over a year ago... all i do is drag race is ,never had a problem with it !!! dirt digger and tusk clutches just dont hold up,never had a rz ...

i know there is so many tires out there, i run holeshot xcr's on my kfx 400.... love them. well my banshee has a +6 swingarm and as you all know shee's will spend the hell out of tires . im woundering what would be a good tire thats going to hook 4 me. this is more for grass(fields) and dirt roads(hard and soft).. this bike is pretty much used for drag racing ,i hat getting beat off the line because i sit there and spin.i have holeshot hd (bald as hell) right now,bald when i got the bike. u think i should just go with a set of pro wedges ,then to buy a set of holeshots or razrs ??? thanks for the help... .rico

no your right !! i am running a shaved head,that was 140 with shaved head.i got a k&t head and my domes,studs and o-rings just came in tues... hadnt head time to put them on yet. you think i'll go from 140 to 190 ish ?? if it is that high,i will be dropping to 18.. how big of a pain is it to get the stock head bolts out ??
