So I've spent many hour's research on what I was looking for my personal want's and need's for speed, I wouldn't say that any one is bad that I mentioned, I think that the their intrest is leaning toward the Fourstroke squad... Does it sound like I'm Bashing??? I was just saying the fact's, sorry for the confusion... Later, Olie

Whats everyone think of the new ?

Yea I got beat up by a tricked out Raptor, : but I couldn't belive that!!! So next thing to do is Dump coin into the Shee motor... But I have to wait to do any motor mod's untill after my dune trip, for I have 3 to 4 week's before I get it back... But after it's all said and done I'm going to smoke a lot of the 4 sqaud's I might have to change the gearing so I don't have this problem... Sorry if I came out lashing, I just hate the fact that after 19 year's of production that YAMAHA didn't do any much to the Shee's So after I'm done dumping some coin into the Shee will see who has the last laugh Hope to meet up with some of SheeHQ people @ Glamis sometime... I had a Turbo crank in my old 88 TRX 250R, couldn't tell if it worked or made any difference, cause I tricked the whole engine @ one time by PR Racing from Toledo OH... It would be interesting to know if it really work's... Olie

DaFish, Why in the HELL are you hunting in the river bed with BUM's & Crack Head's... If you come back let me know I'll point you in the right direction to hunt in Wickenburg... Maybe we can drink a few brew's... Olie

I've been thinking, What if Suzuki, Yamaha, maybe Honda started building a true 850cc High Performance Quad/ATV to replace the LT 500 Quad Racer or the Shee... I think that the need for 2 Stroke's would Die real FAST... Yamaha's close with the 700 Rapture, but it's only a 686cc motor... Yamaha only need's 160 to 164 cc's to make it official 850cc 4 er... Let's kick around and get some input on this... Olie

No my Shee is NOT stock... I was just saying that their is some people that might have a stock Shee and the 4-stroke squad might think and say from their mouth that they smoked a Banshee... Pipe it down, get off my back and quit jumping to conclusion's... Later, Olie -

Let's hope that it's not much faster then the YFZ 450 or alot of stock Shee riders are going to get beat by a 4 stroker on the hill's... I'm really interested in seeing this quad perform... Hat's off to Suzuki to build a REAL Race Quad, instead of a Sport Quad... Can't wait for President's weekend @ Glamis... Later, Olie -
WOW!!! What a post! I might get bashed on this site sooner or later but what the heck... I did some research on kit's for my 06 Shee, no it's not my first one, it's my replacement of the 94 Shee that I use to have... I looked @ alot of manufactures and what they had to offer... I've been riding ATC's QUAD's, ATV's,Dirt Bike's,Crotch Rocket's and Harley's for over 25 years... I've bought stuff that worked and didn't, I was looking @ ALBA, Trinity, Duncan Racing for motor kit's for the Shee, but I was not convinced that this is the way to go... So I've spent many hour's research on what I was looking for my personal want's and need's for speed, I wouldn't say that any one is bad that I mentioned, I think that the their intrest is leaning toward the Fourstroke squad... I would do more research and find a specialist for the Shee's... My self I'm going to get my engine work done on my Shee by Jim @ Passion racing engine's, I have checked all the post on Passion and I have not heard or seen any negitive talk about Jim or his product... But I can't leave out a company called F.A.S.T., I was going to call them but I had made my mind up to have Jim do the work... I hope that you take more time to look into what's out and about, for the Shee has had 19 Years of R&D and when was the last time you picked up ATV Sport, Dirt Wheel's and ATV Action and saw them have a fully tricked out Shee!!! It's been awhile, so don't count on seeing another one for the Shee in the mag's future... This site is for the DIE HARD TWO STROKE LOVERS who want raw PERFORMANCE!!! Do more research, check out all the post, other site's, you might find the info that your looking for... Later, Olie

I will pray for Dawn and all the loved one's that care about her, Some times GOD has a reason for the tragic thing's that happen in our live's... But remmember that GOD will never give up on us, for he gave his only begotten son " Jesus Christ " who died on the cross for our sin's. May the Lord and his Son be with you all during your time of pain. May the Lord give you all strength and be by her bed side and comfort her during this time of Dawn's life to recover from the accident. God Bless, Olie

I have them in my 06 Shee... They are better then stock, for none ported engine with stock carb's... I feel that thier is better design's to use if you plan on changing you intake set-up with bigger carb's and ported engine... What is kind of set-up are you looking for? and what are you planing on doing to the motor? Give more info and you could get better result's Later, Olie

Look @ it this way, the Shee's have over 19 years of production, that means 19 years of R&D and after market part's. So don't sweat the small stuff the only problem that I see is that the 2-stroke porting industry might go down the tubes cause thier will be less 2-stroke's to port. But look @ the brite side of the history of Honda's Fourtrax 250R it was made only for 4 years, and you can still get every part that you need... So the list goes on for the Shees 19 year's worth so don't sweat it. The banshee is KING of the 2-stroke industry and will be for a very long time... Long live the KING the BANSHEE... Thank you YAMAHA for building a production high performance 2-stroke ATV for 19 year's. Olie

Sand Stars- 20x11x8 mounted on 8x8 rims for the rear and 21x7x10 on 5x10 rims for the front. They work GREAT and they won't break your wallet.

Sound's like the bolt is bent, or a bad bushing in the A-arm. Any ways you should check it out after you get it out and replace the worn out part's. I would use some type of lube/spray to slick the process of removing this part. Also befor re-assembly check your zirk fitting to make sure it's not plugged up for Fu-maintance.

Yea it would help to some degree, but I'm trying to remember how much to take off the head... If you dont plan on getting your cill's ported the compression that you want is 150 to 160 PSI for none ported, and for ported I think it's 140 to 150 PSI for ported Cill's. It's been awhile sence I've done that type of work on my old 94 shee. I'm sure that someone will have better info on the exact amount to mill off the head. Good luck on your Quest....

Hey that's great, I'll contact them and see what my option's are... I'm also looking @ Trinity's CV single carb kit for the shee... All that I know is that I want a kick ass shee that's going to be reliable, fast and easy to work on...

Who's the best for porting and matching up for T-6's? If worse comes to worse, I can sell the T-6's and get something better. It's only a matter of time & money...
-
I just got my 06 shee 2 week's ago and I had got T-6s for it, but the problem I've heard that the pipe's I have are good for stock shee motor's. I want to get more low to mid range power with porting. Did I waste my cash on the T-6s or is their someone in the world of porting magic that can match the T-6s to work for what I want? I live in AZ and I got the shee for riding @ the Cinders & Glamis.
