Me and JD got a site already.. I'm gonna start collecting deposits to make sure you guys dont back out! lol Right now all I know of for sure is Me, my buddy Shane, JD and I'm sure Bob.. lol So 4 for sure as of now.
Yes.. they can be fixed but as stated.. for what you would have into getting them fixed.. your better off buying another set.
if your interested in selling these.. Let me know.
pretty soon we'll be calling you guys skinny!! Good work guys keep it up!... I kinda fell off my wagon.. i'm up to 176-177.. its hard when your not in a gym to keep motivation. My diet has been horrible. As soon as it warms up so I can start running again i'll be fine.. just have to be careful until then.. I dont want to put 10lbs back on and have to work it all back off.
right now.. these are my plans.. of course i can add a trip or so in there too but.. these are what i'm planing
memorial day - silver lake
June 17,18 - ATV bash!! GOOD TIMES HERE PEOPLE!! its worth it even if you dont have a drag bike! It the only ATV ONLY event left.. we need to support it!!
July HQ ride Silver lake
August ??? need a weekend to get our crew to the dunes
September Labor day
OCT LITTLE SAHARA!!!! DAMIAN YOUR GOING!! save some days off!!!!!
thats about the going rate for the amount of work thats put into them. look around on pricing for drag porting from some of the other top builders.. you'll see their in the ball park. 500-600 is normal. Some people are charging as much a 1000 for porting.. it all depends on the amount of work being put in.
Loren is still doing their porting... I had a national kit from them and was on their support team for 2 yrs.It was a very strong build for what it was. It was a great reliable dune motor. I got all my parts from them. I was getting PT pipes chrome for 350 a set. They are actually not over priced on their work.. its their parts that are priced high. Their porting is the ball park with other builders. They price it higher because they really dont want it. The reason I moved away from them is that I drag race.. They really didn't build anything to fit my style of riding.. Also... They've more involved with thumpers now as with most big name facotory race teams.. Gotta go where the money is at. Soooo.. in short.. They do good work.. but.. Our site sponsors do just as good of work and being smaller and more focused on us.. They will have better customer service.
not saying that.. Just saying that they'll be on ebay.. First person with the cash takes'em. I'd prefer to sell'em on HQ, but I gotta move them. once I get a bid on ebay.. I wont pull them.
Thats what I did with them and they worked awesome.. way better then my comps did. Only reason i'm selling them is that I came across a good deal on floats. I had the valving changed by marvin shaw last spring to make them softer..
Their scheduled to list on ebay @ 10:30
I'm sure they can be setup for duning.. best bet would be to call marvin shaw and get info straight from them.. I know they did tell me they can convert them to coil overs if need be.
Yes it is a set..
bought some shocks off Josh.. have to admit some of the fastest shipping I've seen in awhile.. I had a tracking number within minutes of the payment... Top notch.
lol yah thats true.. not next year!! its all dunes for me! got me a new set of shocks to beat on in the dunes.
Last price drop and they're going to ebay.. 275 shipped!
Might want to compare apples to apples.. These are not your run of the mill single buffs that yoru local dealer can get. If you dont like the price.. dont post.
Bump for a nice set of tires at a nice price.
I'm selling my hillshooters off my drag bike. They measure 14" with the nut and the heim full in. Right now they're set at 14.5" Not much time on them.. As most know I dont ride a whole lot in the dunes. I took the hillshooter stickers off them when I polished them. Alot of people can verify that they are indeed hillshooters.. I might even have a pic of them with the stickers on. $325 shipped
I'll post more pics as I find them
