I was just stating them fluids for guys that are worried about heating up and boiling their brake fluid. They have much higher boiling temps them then dot-3 and other cheap brake fluid.

I would recommend wildwood exp 600 plus Dot-4 fluid, Maxima racing brake fluid or the Motul Dot-5.1. Dont use your generic wal-mart brake fluid.

it is a very pricey build.. there is a ton of work needed on the stock cylinders to make it work with a 64mm stroke.

I agree. All of the big race companies have moved away from 2 strokes. Duncan Racing was the same way. The 4 strokes is where the market is heading.. they either jump on ship or get left on the island.

Its not the oil or oil ratio... Its the jetting. I've ran 32:1 and 20:1 for years with no issues. I noticed your running a large CC setup.. Lets start with the basics. What carbs are you running? (I'm assuming stock?) What type of air filter? Has the motor passed a leak down? Whats your current jetting?
