I guess I'll be at the Test'n'Tune for albright shores. I'll probably show up around 3:00. I'm gonna throw my shit back together and if it breaks.. Oh well.. I guess then I'll know what the problem was.

Thanks Roger, I'm still a rookie and I got ALOT of learning and tuning to do. I really got to get my RT's better. There was alot of nice bikes that were running real strong! Hopefully we can get together and do it again real soon. I havnt had that much fun since the first day I got my shee! Maybe I'll see some of you guys at albright shores on the 4th. I'll be there for TNT friday. Got a few things I need to try and I need the practice on the tree!

Thanks Dave, I had a BLAST!!!! You were right.. all them guys were cool as hell and it was great to finally meet you and JT too. I can't wait to get together and do it again. The bike was running pretty good, now its time to start tuning :biggrin: I've just been puttin seat time in and not trying anything different. I got a few things I'm gonna try for the race on the 4th. I'm not sure if i'm gonna head back down to Bobs or keep it close and run albright. By the time I got home the 6 hours of driving for the day really kicked my ass... I think Dan is hooked for sure.. Thats all I heard the way home.. "next year I'm gonna have atleast a 4mil" and "yours and JT's Bikes are CRAZY!" My cousin had a great time also. (He had the shee with the trinity graphics) He said he'd definatley come back out again! I'm looking forward to the next track rental day for sure!

Sure can! I think I might have found another person to go too.. But he's gonna let me know last minute so I'm not gonna count on it.

11-3 works great for me too.. I start work at 6. Might as well count me in.. Now I just got to find someone to be my co-pilot for the 3 hour ride.

I was out memorial day weekend. I heard about the tow laws but I'd figured it wa just a rumor.. I didn't get a voucher in time So we got inline and then just before the entrance we hooked the trucks together to get in... Then a cop came up to me and handed me a flyer about the tow laws.. he said they used to look away.. but there starting to crack down. he said next time I come out try and find another way. I was out last weekend and saw a shit load of soft tows going into the dunes.. I think it will only last about another year or so and they'll start looking away again. You can't let people do it for god knows how many years then just put a stop to it... Back to the topic.. I would have been out there this spring for the ride but.. my shee wasn't quite done yet and I had some problems goin on at work.. But I'm in for next year. and a few more trips this year!

i might beable to swing that.. I'll let you guys know friday. Maybe I can get Wallace84 to go over there with me.

i used a +2 on my +8 roundhouse swinger. I tried to put it on my cousin's bike with a +6 stock carrier and it was way to short. The brake caliper location is different from a stock style to a roundhousing.

Yeah that bike has ALOT of power. Probably one of the best tuned street bike powered bikes I've seen out there. Heard he went to a longer swinger this time out and still had trouble holding it down.

Just got back. Bike ran like a champ!!! Got to meet Damien (SheeFreak) Great guy! I had some fuel problems on the strip and he helped me out! lol (thanks again Damien! :beer: ) There was a few fast bikes the weekend after the 4th. Probably the fastest was a GSXR1000 powered yfz450. I got a vid of me racing it. I'll get some vids posted later tonight. I wished I knew about the race @ Bobs a lil sooner. I had some buddies meet me up at the dunes saturday. It was his first time out there for them so I wanted to show him a good time and see if I couldn't get another one hooked on dunes.. I think I caught him!! He's already making plans for labor day weekend. :biggrin: As soon as I get my tether on I'll definatley make the next race out @ bobs. Hopfully I can get someone to make the drive with me.. Mabye I'll pick dan up. its not too much farther out of my way.

you have to push out the reed stay then they'll pop out. You can only push it out from one side.

if its like michigan.. You have to call your police dept. they will come out.. inspect the bike then asign a vin# Then. I'm not sure if your local dealer does it or waht not but you have to get the # that was assigned to you stamped into the frame.. checked into it awhile back when I bought my new chassis from the dealer. (they dont come with vin #'s) I just said da'hell with it because the secretary of state wanted me to make a list of every componet on the bike of where I got it and how much it cost, so they could charge me sales tax on it.

Well I also ran a 4.21 with a 1.62 60ft. RT was 1.02 would that still be condidered a beam jumping time? It dont really matter to me, I just never heard of beam jumping until now. What is a good 60ft time on a freshly watered and draged track with some clay mix? Most of the times I see are 1.4's to 1.7's. A bone stock 450 was getting 1.9 60ft times. There was a guy at the track that put down consistant 4.4-4.5' in the past with a triple cylinder snowmoquad and I put a 3-5 bike win on it even with my shitty Rt. There was only 4 machines making passes probably 12 passes allnight. So the track wasn't rutted at all and seemed to be hooking VERY hard. Oh well.. I'm sure I'll get more slips this year.
