I'm staying at jellystone.. I got the family with me that weekend..

I have more problems with USPS then anything.. They ruined and lost so many of my packages I can't even begin to count.. One time the UPS driver pulled in and gave me a package that he found on the side of the road about 2 miles from my house... It was opened up and all the bolt packs (stainless steel bolt kit) were laying loose in the road.

my compression was right around the 200 mark when I checked it last week. I'm not saying to run it at 12-13.. like Wes said.. its all in your dome configuration.

Yep.. looks like my classes are being run on friday.. so its dune day on saturday for me..

thats cool. I'll be there the week before for the big ATV race at WMSD. But.. this thread isn't about the 4th. Too many people dont like riding on holiday weekends.. Its just too nutz unless all you do is drag race.. even then things get a lil hairy after the stirp gets beat up.. Thats why I'm trying to get a ride going on the 26th. If you can make it, Post it up! C'mon people!

That would be cool! Have a small HQ fire one night.. saturday or friday. I dont see more then 20 people coming. I think the 26th is going to be the date. I was gonna start a new thread once I got some input on what was going on. Damn.. gonna have to find a new place to go for labor day.

Well.. I'll have the family with me so I'm stayin at jellystone.. its nice to have a pool to come back too. Not too good to party at seein how they make you go to bed after 1am The state park is the cheapest and they dont kick people out after certain time. but you can't get very loud there.. with a bigger group of guys.. thats gonna kind of be inevitable.. Val du is about the best place to party.. but security is a issue and I dont know what time they make visitors leave. I'll be heading over to where ever the party is at!!

if your running silver lake you'll be fine with 21cc domes and +4 timing on premium fuel. Clutch "should" be ok... but alot of that depends on the strength of the springs and conidtion of the clutch componets. I'd start looking into a aftermarket clutch kit though if your gonna start modding the bike. The Tusk kits from Rockymountain are a nice upgrade for the price. I'm trying to put a HQ ride together for the weekend of the 26th in July. You should try and make it!

He's right in your neck of the woods. Well.. lets plan on the weekend of the 26th. That way people have more time to make plans so we can get a better turnout.

yeah you should be safe with premium. 160 is usually the cutoff before you have to start using race fuel. you should be in the 145-155 compression range with them domes depending on elevation and what not.

When I had my 28 pwks I think I was using JJL's or JJK's.. The needle diameter will bleed over into the slow circuit jetting. If everything else is seeming fine.. maybe a MLL?

What needle are you using?
