putting my project shee back together and it wont start. the motor was rebuilt , rode 1 day , the kid crashed broke his leg , it sat for a year , i bought ,took it apart painted and cleaned every thing and put it back together. tryed to start but wont.took carbs apart cleaned jets and every thing put back in but nothing .it has spark , if i put a little gas in spark holes it starts rite up , when i take the carbs apart the bowls are filled with fuel , i clean all jets and carbs ,blown out with compresser. help

i saw some pretty nice bot kits on ebay , almost every bolt and i think its 89 bucks looked like a nice kit

I USE A SPRAY CALLED HONDABRITE , YOU GET IT FROM A HONDA DEALER. THE STUFF IS AMAZING CLEANS EVERYTHING AND DOESNT HURT PLASTICS ,STICKERS OR PAINT . WET BIKE SPRAY OVER QUAD LET IT SIT A COUPLE MINUTES , WASH OFF NO NEED FOR PRESURE WASHER. TRY IT AND YOU WILL THANK ME (A LITTLE EXPENSIVE ABOUT 8 BUCKS A BOTTLE)

i carry a gun when i ride too. one time when i was riding this guy pulled up on a trx 450 and wanted to race my banshee so we line up and go , 3rd gear he started pulling away from me ,so i pulled out my gun and shot him in the head. good thing i had my GUN . better to have a murder charge than lose to a four stroke is what i always say!!!

are they clean ,are boots ripped, what color , a little moor info, but i am interested.

the plugs on a 95 cdi box are diff than 91 but you cut the new plugs off and solder the plugs off your old one onto the new one the wiring is the same .

did anyone see the 87 banshee with a harley motor in it on ebay i dont know how to put it up so maybe someone else can. if not jost look on ebay under banshee.

my banshee project is almost complete but will not start,i had spark problem , fixed that . she sat for about a year before i got it , i took it apart cleaned the carbs blew them out with air compresser they looked clean put it back together and doesnt start. if i pour fuel down the sparkplug hole it will run for a second . must be a carb prob what should i look for when i take them apart. first time the float bowls were full of fuel.

on a mx track the yfz 450 will kick the shit out of a banshee even if the banshee is alot faster, and thats the truth

the difference would be the piston smashing the head,it wouldnt fit

there is a banshee rolling chassis on ebay right now .under banshee parts

my shee has white frame and swing arm white plastics with red tank cover i think it looks good

i have raced motor cross for about 7 years so im not new. but just got my first banshee. 1990 ,got it from a guy at my track that crash and broke his leg,[got it cheap].anyway the shock needed a rebuild so i got a newer one off ebay put it in today the rebound feels good {original felt like pogo stick]but it feels soft.my brothers yzf 450 fells alot stiffer i know its got better shock .but are banshee stock shocks soft to begin with or you think i should get this one rebuilt now. also looking for right side j arm if anybody wants to sell thanks.
