  14. i had stock carbs and cpi's not too long ago....my main was 340 and i was on the third clip ....i dont know what the air screw was, it was already dialed in so i didnt mess with anything but the needle :baseball_original:
  15. 2-1 carb setup is nice and easy to work on. You do mostly gain bottom end and lose some topend and is very torqy
  16. sound like the same problem that has happened to me a while back.. we got a timing plate and started it, then we heard some kind of clicking sound when we kicked it. we took off the flywheel and then we found out that the key wasnt were it was supposed to be and that the little key cut up the stator and it cost alot to fix........But try checking ur key it might have been knocked out of place.
  17. as for pipes i would say get t-5's they have great all around power and some in the top end..for carbs maybe stock or 28mm..
  18. i have heard that people cut the springs. but i wouldnt cut them. cascade sells a thumb lever extender it helps take some of that pressure off of your thumb
  19. i got a dual pingel. I used a sealant and the gasket and the mount. when i first turned the gas on it started to leak a bit but after a while of sitting it stopped leaking. the way u say its revving like. Maybe rejetting would help :baseball_shy:
  20. just like bigred350x i've used the same clutch for about 7months and still works just as good as when i bought it. but then again i dont have a 4mil.
  21. damn i gonna get one for a next mod
  22. same thing has happened to me too, but in third.
  23. sounds like something similar to what happened to me....it would start to clunk in 3rd on mine, becuase i had bought a new chain and didnt know it would be best to replace the rear sprocket. I looked at mine and it was basically worn down to were its not usable anymore, and i also thought it was the tranny. If you recently replaced you chain, try a replacing your rear sprocket. hope this helps. :baseball_original:
  24. im having second thoughts about it being the wiring becuase it would have ran like poop before it decided to stall..so im probably gonna have another look at all the wiring.
  25. compression is good but im not getting a spark.i dont run race gas, i had the head shaved to were i could still run pump.
